Comparison of buying atmosphere of two chosen retail units

The main aim of the thesis was a comparison buying atmosphere chosen two retail units. The first part of thesis was based on the studied literature, there has been described trade, wholesale, retail and elements of the buying atmosphere. In the second part of thesis were described chosen retail units. The second step was to analyze the data, which were obtained by two methods. The first method was structured interviews with owners of retail units. The second method was a survey that was conducted with customers of the retail units, either face to face or online questioning. Based on these data were compared retail units and created proposals to improve the atmosphere of buying retail units.
The role of visualization in the e-shop

This bachelor thesis examines the role of visualization in the e-commerce. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical, which is containing basic terminological expressions and resolved issues. Second part is analytical, which is containing own solutions of selected parts. Its aim is to create a comprehensive material on the use of visualization in the e-commerce. Putting the reader into the problem, describe developments and trends in the context of today, to point out psychological aspects of customer behavior. Next to analyze and compare the current situation of the use of visualization in the presentation of goods on the domestic and foreign market. And with the help of a questionnaire survey, evaluate hypotheses regarding the enhanced visualization in electronic commerce. At the same time, I will try to point out the desirability of using visualization and potential problems associated with it. Thesis can serve owners of e-commerce as a material through which they will decide if it is appropriate for them to use the visualization.
The Buying atmosphere in the chosen retail unit

The main point of this thesis will analyze individual elements of the schopping environment in selected retail unit, which will supermarket Terno České Budějovice. In addition to this research, this thesis will also focus on customer's feelings about the schooping environment and how specific elements operate. After learning these facts on the basis of the survey will then supplemented some suggestions to improve such elements, which will be most dissatisfied from customers.
Presentation of goods using different graphic techniques and procedures

The work focuses on the comparison of different graphic techniques and procedures for the presentation of the company and its products. It describes the importance of visual communications company with others, discusses the different media and also discusses the important principles in creating advertising and overall visual communications company. The aim is to summarize the advantages and disadvantages of different graphic techniques and procedures, the possibility of their use. A part of the recommendations is, how and what kind of graphics technique or procedure should be used to represent the company and its products.
Creating of e-commerce and goods presentation

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is the creation of ecommerce. Another objective is present to readers the possibility of making their own ecommerce focused on opensource solutions. The last objective is to familiarize readers with the principles of product photography of goods offered in this ecommerce. The choice of solution for creating ecommerce was conducted in cooperation with representatives of companies implementing ecommerce, with experts involved in creating ecommerce and information sources from the internet. Product photography took place at the home studio and was created by me. The most important assets of this thesis is the implementation of ecommerce. It is an extension of view for readers in the section of ecommerce and product photography. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part, I deal with theoretical way of choosing the best ecommerce possible solutions. Then I focus on the chosen option, open-source solutions. Based on selected criteria, I'm selecting the best opensource content management system implemented for the owners of ecommerce. Furthermore, I deal with graphics and its impact on web design and then about product photography principles. The second part describes actual creation of electronic commerce. I focus here mainly on presentation of the goods and its impact on users. It goes on with creation of product photography. The third section focuses on design testing by independent ecommerce users. Those should be able to identify other possible inconsistencies that must be implemented to improve the user interface. Furthermore, this section deals with comparing the competitiveness of goods, including its impact on users of electronic commerce to electronic commerce competition. The result of ecommerce creation is recommendation how to create quality ecommerce with low budget.
Analysis of design in an operation unit

The intention of this bachelor's thesis is to define the elements of design in an operation unit and to evaluate the fitness of the chosen strategy in this sphere on an example of a particular store. Chapter 1 explains the individual elements of store design and shows examples of its application. It supposes the fact that the store design must be adapted to the customer in the first place. Chapter 2 first introduces the company VERNER POTRAVINY, ltd. and briefly describes the retail network in the town of Náchod where the analysed operation unit is located. The last part contains the field research and the analysis of design in the Náchod's sales unit of VERNER POTRAVINY itself, including the improvement suggestions. The conclusion evaluates the whole research in the end.

Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je věnována charakterizování obecných principů merchandisingu ve vztahu k nákupnímu prostředí, prezentaci zboží a segmentaci zákazníků dle způsobu nakupování. Druhá část se zabývá zkoumáním a posuzováním uplatňování těchto principů v české maloobchodní praxi, a to v různých provozních typech prodejen (hypermarket, supermarket, diskontní prodejna apod.).
