Apartment building

The subject of this bachelor thesis was the elaboration of an apartment building for construction stage. The proposed building, intended for collective housing, has 5 aboveground and one underground, partially basement floor, sunk into the sloping terrain of the plot. The building has 10 residential units and house accessories in the form of wellness facility. The building includes a a covered garage and outdoor parking spaces. On the first floor is the main entrance to the building, which is connected to the stairwell. From the stairwell you enter the individual apartments on 5 floors, wellness and technical facilities in the basement and covered garages. The apartments are designed for family living. The apartments have their own terraces from the 3rd floor. The dominant features of the building are protruding bay windows, that face south. The load-bearing structure consists of an prefabricated reinforced concrete frame, the ceiling structure in connection with prefabrication are made of pressed Spiroll panels. Foundation structures in the form of footing pockets connect prefabricated pockets and monolithic pockets,that are interconnected by sills. The infill masonry consists of thermal insulation blocks made of aerated concrete and acoustic sand-lime blocks. The building is then insulated with aerated concrete insulation. The last receding floor consists of a load-bearing structure made of aerated concrete and ceiling covered with monolithic reinforced concrete slab. Roof structures are designed as flat roofs with subsequent protective layers in the form of vegetation layers or aggregates.
University dormitory

The new building of a university dormitory with workshops is the content of the presented thesis. The building consists of fifty-two beds for students’ accommodation with complete equipment in eight cells, three workshops and a technical support. This is a combination of reinforced concrete prefabricated skeleton and classical masonry building construction with insulation. The building has four floors. It is designed as seven towers with flat roofs, which protrude from a ground floor with a vegetative roof. Paved and parking areas are adjacent to the building. The project is designed into an urban area of Nový Jičín. Glass atrium and overall shape solution are the distinctive features of the proposal.
Winery

The diploma thesis deals with project of a new building of winery production. Winery has one floor and a basement. We can split the winery into three parts. First part – production. This whole part is dedicaded to the production of wine. It consists of spaces where grapes are degraded, fermented, pressed, stored, bottled, labeled and subsequently exported. Production has a volume of 300 000 l of wine. Second part is for administration. There are two offices and a confrence room. Third part is for public using and it is composed of the tasting room with view at the wineyard and of the retail hall. The structural system is prefabricated skeleton of reinforced concrete. The roof is constructed as a flat green roof.
Gym – Precast concrete frame construction

This master thesis deals with a draft of precast concrete frame structure on the case of gymnasium building. The major part of this work are transversal and longitudinal frames, consisted of footings, columns, girders and precast floor slab. Other parts of the building are not solved. Thesis consists both static calculations and drawings.

The diploma thesis deals with the solution of the multi-purpose building project in Lužice. This work includes the extended accompanying and summary technical report, the coordination situation of the construction, the technical report of the transport relations and the coordination of the oversized transport, the object time schedule and the financial plan of the construction, the plan for providing the material resources containing the staff balance for the construction of the main building, the time schedule for the assembly of the prefabricated skeleton, technological standard for prefabricated skeleton, design of main building machines and mechanisms including their time commitment, organization of construction of multipurpose building including drawings of construction site equipment, technological regulation for assembling of prefabricated skeleton and for making of reinforced concrete floor, inspection and testing plan for prefabricated skeleton assembly, lifting mechanism, assembly schemes for prefabricated skeleton elements, lifting mechanism verification schemes, item budget prefabricated skeleton chalk and instructions for building use and maintenance.
Senior centre in Ždár nad Sázavou

The aim of this master thesis is to design home for the residential care of elderly and disabled people in Žďár nad Sázavou. It is designed as a three-storey building with a basement. There are technical facilities, in the basement. Canteen, doctor´s office, manager‘s office and reception are located on the first floor. Second and third floor contains common premises and residential units.building has a prefabricated reinforced concrete structural framework with mineral wool thermal insulation. It is covered with an extensive green roof. Piles are designed as the foundation. Partition wall is designed from plasterboard. The project and 3D rendering were carried out in Revit and Lumion software. All structures comply with the valid standards and regulations. The building site contains also an outdoor car park and a park.
Construction-technological project of the extension of the production hall

This diploma thesis deals with the construction and technological project of the extension of the production hall Granitol a.s. in Moravian Beroun. The thesis focuses on the technological stage of assembly of the prefabricated skeleton of the rough top structure and the laying of the floor formation. In addition, an extended accompanying and summary technical report, a technical report on transport relations and coordination of oversized transport, a time and financial plan for the construction, a budget for the prefabricated skeleton, a timetable and the balance of the workers, the design of the main construction machines and mechanisms, including their time commitment , organization of the construction of the building including drawings of the construction site equipment, technological regulation for the assembly of the prefabricated skeleton and the laying of the floor formation, inspection and testing plan for the prefabricated skeleton assembly, summary assessment of the lifting mechanism selection, schematic of the assembly procedure of the prefabricated skeleton elements, protection and health at work during construction.
Construction technological project of the production and storage hall in Vlkoš u Kyjova

The aim of this diploma thesis is to create a construction-technological project of the production and storage hall Ahorn CZ, s.r.o. As part of this work, technical report, study of the implementation of the main technological stages, project of the construction site equipment, time and financial plan of the construction, design of the main construction machines and mechanisms, item budget and time schedule were prepared. Further the thesis contains two technological regulations and two control and test plans.
Autosalon with car service

This diploma thesis deals with the design of a new car showroom with a car service. The content is the project documentation for construction work. The new building is located in the cadastral area of Řečkovice on a slightly sloping plot. The building is divided into 2 buildings - car showroom and car service. The showroom features exhibition grounds, office space and technical facilities. In the part of the garage, besides the service workshop, the customer part, staffing facilities and technical background are designed. Both operations can be separated if necessary. The building is shaped like a detached two-storey building with underground garages. The above-ground part of the building is designed as a prefabricated skeleton with filler masonry, underground is made of monolithic reinforced concrete - "white bath" system. It is roofed with a flat roof.
The assessment of existing industry hall structure

The bachelor's thesis is focused on an assessment of existing industry hall structure of a rectangular floor plan. The supporting system design consists of a precast reinforced concrete skeleton. The aim of this work is to determine the structure of the expected loading of a new crane runway. The subjects of assesment are columns, girder of crane runway, short corbel and concrete foot. In other part of the project is designed reinforcement nonconforming elements. The work includes the development od structural analysis, drawing of hall structure and reinforcement drawings of reconstructed elements.
