The Competencies of Employees in the Accounting Position

The aim of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate the activities and competencies of accountants and to propose various types of education that would help improve these skills. Another goal is to suggest an optimal workload of employees for the accounting position. The analysis of competencies and activities was carried out by questionnaires whose respondents are employees in the accounting position. The data obtained from the questionnaires were evaluated using the Mann-Whitney U test and the Chi-square test in the STATISTICA environment. Based on the results, the job description was designed in such way to cover all the duties the accountant has to fulfill within his / her position and equally leaving room for specific requirements of clients.
Competencies of deputy headmaster of primary school

A thesis deals with still not very clear conception of the deputy headmaster of the primary school. It determines which competences are delegated to these workers , and whether the scope of their activities affects the size of the school and any number of deputy headmasters . The selected sample of primary schools in the Czech Republic were studied and then the current practice was described in the key areas of the school management. The present thesis has been completed using available literature a freely accessible Internet resources relating to the topic . Based on generally accepted legal norms and specific laws governing the area of education. A quantitative research was conducted in the form of both a sample survey and a questionnaire in the online environment. It was aimed at current concept of the deputy headmasters in primary schooling in the key areas of school management and identifying specific actions contained in the job description. Addressed respondents were the deputy headmasters of the school head . Their views on the possible definition of a legal base of this job and the number of students and graduates of the shool management were also examined. The bachelor thesis - ,,The Guidance Counsellor and his/her position in primary school system" is focused on problems of guidance counselling on primary school. This topic is current in primary school system nowadays. The thesis deals with work contents and the most common problems which are solved by guidance counsellor. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical. Theoretical part is focused on guidance counselloring requirements on guidance counsellor's personality. This part is simultaneously focused on which demands are placed on the guidance counsellor by educational system. These knowledges were given evidence of specialized literature which is concerned with the topic. The second part is focused on research which was done on primary schools during 2016 2017. The participans on research were also parents of children who attend the mentioned primary schools. The main aims of the research were to find out how guidance counsellors work, than awarness of parents about guidance councelloring and requirements of headmasters of primary schools to guidance counsellors. In this case were created four resech questions. On the grounds of these questions were respondents asked through half-structured interview. On the research were participated three groups of respondents. In the first group were guidance counsellors of primary schools. In the second group were parents of children who attend primary school and in the last group were headmasters of primary schools. The research part was focused on work contents and the most common problems which are solved by guidance counsellor on primary schools. It was found out that the main work contents of guidance counsellors are career consultancy and work with children who have special educational needs.

The aim of the thesis The role of independent loss adjusters in the insurance market is to analyze various situations and cases, that the independent loss adjusters during their praxis solve, and clarify procedures, including calculations of insurance settlement. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the specifics of the insurance and technical reserves. Thesis also describes job content of the independent loss adjusters including all the aspects, that are associated with it. The practical part deals with real situations with fictitious names and data.
EDUCATION OF ACTORS TOWARDS TEACHING

This diploma thesis deals with the situation of pedagogical subjects focused at Drama in Education in after-graduation studies at the Department of Music and Dramatic Arts at Prague Conservatory. The fundamental goal of this work is a proposition of the School Plan of Education (?VP) for these subjects, which might be accepted by the supervisors of Prague Conservatory and might become a part of the overall school plan of education. The key problems of the pedagogical subjects are outlined on the basis of the author?s experience as a student as well as a teacher at Prague Conservatory. The thesis discusses the question of the subjects ? purpose and sets their basic aims. In the process of creating the School Plan of Education it is crucial to reflect the specific characteristics of an actor as a Drama teacher, the requirements of the General Plan of Education (RVP) for Music and Dramatic Arts field of study and also the analysis of the school plan of education at the school institutions of the same type. Depending on the proposed version of ?VP this master thesis determines the form of the graduate?s final practical as well as theoretical exam in pedagogical subjects.
