The Master’s thesis is focused on the customer satisfaction with support centre of the company Zebra Technologies. Based on analysis of the current state is selected critical site to be resolved by available resources. The Master’s thesis proposes possible approaches to solving this critical site based on the theoretical basics of quality management in enterprises.

The diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of a proposal for the potential direction of further development of a small company dealing with the sale of BARF dog food. The theoretical part of the thesis contains literature research in the field of the concept of growth and development of companies by strategic management approach, including analysis of internal and external environment of the company. The analytical part of the thesis contains a partial and an overall assessment of the current state of the company through the application of selected analytical methods in the selected environmental context with respect to the defined problem. The design part follows the overall assessment, on the basis of which an appropriate development strategy is subsequently selected to strengthen the company's position in the market, including implementation.

Possibilities of improving the quality of services in fitness centres

The main goal of this thesis is to propose possible solutions for improving the quality of services in a chosen fitness centre. The thesis contains theoretical principles from the area of quality of services management, enumeration of demands for quality of services from customers'view, characteristic of fitness centres including the history of fitness and the description of services provided in a fitness centre. The practical part is focused on a concrete fitness centre where a survey on satisfaction of customers was made. Proposals for improving the quality of services and satisfaction of customers in this fitness centre results from the survey.
The analysis of factors affecting the crisis immunity and preparedness of company in tourist trade sector

The main aim of this thesis is to analyse actual development of company in tourist trade sector and focus on threats and risks of business in this field. The theoretical part is focused on the tourist trade area and at the same time it reports common information about crisis management. It also defines methods of analysis, which can be used in order to achieve better immunity and preparedness of company against any criris. Afterwards in practical part the thesis describes surveyed hotel Krystal and with the help of SWOT analysis and another three methods discloses threats, which are actual for the hotel. From results of all analysis follows that the hotel is going strong in crisis management field. Despite it I tried to draw up some proposals and recommendations, which can level the current crisis immunity and preparedness of the hotel up.
