Influence of the current legislation on food labeling to consumer´s purchase decisions

The thesis is focused on the main aspects of consumer´ s shopping behaviour and the utilization of monitored signs of quality of groceries. The aim of this paper is to identify the familiarity with the set of information given for food labeling and the rate of its use as well as the impact of chosen brands on shopping behaviour of Czech consumers. The key aim of this work is to verify the accuracy completeness of labeling on a sample of groceries. The main methods of this quantitative research were the standardized questionnaire as well as description, comparison, analysis, and synthesis. The results of this research showed the connection between the choice and groceries purchase and its look and the information on the wrapping and the new food labeling. This thesis also wants to propose the possible ways how to improve the food labeling and its use.

Marketing communication and legal protection of personality. Conflicts, solutions, sanctions, rectification.

The diploma thesis deals with the standard marketing communication and its possible effects on humans. The issue is analysed from a legal point of view and it treats with the recent problems affected by increasing level of technological development. The thesis is divided into two parts, covering part theoretical and part practical. The theoretical part primarily focuses on the individual terminology of the marketing and the marketing communication, continues with the issue of protection of the personality, and also defines the question of both aspects in the context. The thesis comprehensively analyses the regulation of the protection of the personality, the regulation of the marketing environment, as well as focus on the concept and regulation of the media, as major media. From the media view is the thesis derived from two fundamental human rights, which in practice very often come to a mutual dispute. The elaboration of the legislation is supported by the case law. The practical part of the thesis is focused on actual cases, which Czech and foreign courts deal with in particular themes. Sub-part of the thesis deals with the questionnaires investigation, in order to analyse opinions of the public in that matter. In the final part of the thesis are all received knowledge evaluated and applied to a specified hypothesis.

Termination of employment and duties of employer

The topic of my bachelor thesis is termination of employment process and employers duties. Thesis is divided into two parts which are theoretical and practical ones.
The theoretical part is focused to an analysis of a valid legal framework in form of the law no. 262/2006 Sb., Labour Code and it has five chapters. First chapter examines essentials of labour law, therefore labour law and its sources are defined here. Labour law relations and dependent labour together with subjects of labour law are also included in this chapter. The chapter is very useful mainly to get reader acquainted with elementary but very important terms in order to understand the thesis itself. The following chapter which is also the largest one and which gave the name the whole thesis explains in detail forms all forms of termination of employment process. This chapter is also focused at invalid termination of employment process. Next chapter consists of employers duties which are related to a termination of employment process such as severance payment, labour report, etc. The last chapter in theoretical part is focused at union bodies.
The second part of the thesis presents a particular company. This part is focused at analysis of a termination of employment process at specific employer and subsequent evaluation and finding whether the company complies with all rules in regard of termination of employment process. Based on the results of this analysis the evaluation of the information is made together with solution proposals which could lead to a reparation of identified insufficiencies.

The Development of Economic and Legislative Conditions of Dramatic Writing in Victorian London

This bachelor's thesis offers an overview of the economic and legal conditions of playwrights in Victorian London - that is from 1837 to 1901. The thesis focuses on the changes and development of the form and height of authorial remuneration in both West End and East End theatres and the gradual progress of esp. copyright legislation in the United Kingdom. The thesis also describes the nature and workings of censorship as well as the possibility of publishing plays. The thesis is structured into three chapters. The first chapter analyses chiefly the economic notions of the period, the second deals with the legal aspects of the profession with focus on copyright and censorship and the third consists of a case study of playwright Oscar Wilde. I use his example to demonstrate the principles described in the previous two chapters as well as show the gradual development of the status of his profession. The aim of this work is to offer a brief comprehensive overview of the Victorian London theatre scene from the point of view of the playwright.

Price Comparison of an Apartment Building in Brno According to the Valid Valuation Regulations

hesis deal with a question, how can change the price of the apartment building on the basis of legal act such as a statement of the owner of the building, without any changes in the building construction or technical conditions. Apartment building valuation was done by two methods which used the legislation for real estate valuation. The first method was the valuation of the apartment building as a unit and this method used the combination of expenses and revenues. The second method was the valuation of the individual flats by comparison and sum them up. Results showed, how big can be the difference between this two methods in the valuation the same thing.

Price documentation of construction works

In the first part of this thesis, the assembly of particular types of building work price documentation is solved, depending on the state of the in-process project documentation. Consequently, the utilization of the documentation in particular administration types is presented, and possibilities of the building work funding are adduced. Specific types of the building work price documentations are configured for the public buildings, housing projects, transportation and water-management buildings. The last part of this thesis is devoted to the overview of particular price and project documentation types that should be elaborated in different phases of building work life cycle.

Čiřidla ve vinařské technologii

This thesis was drawn up at Mendel University in Brno, Faculty of Horticulture in Lednice, Institute od Post-Harvest Technology of Horticultural Products in 2013-2014. The work assesses the current view of fininf process in wine technology and methods of using fining agents in must and wine. It also describes the fining agents permitted under the laws of Czech Republic and the European Union. The thesis includes an evaluation of the offer of fining agents in the domestic market, including their applications. For and objective evaluation of the use of fining agents and their supply, a survey was conducted among winemakers in th Czech Republic and Slovakia.The results of the survey is to assess which fining agents are most commonly used in the treatment of wine and must. The results actually confirm that fining has its place in the process of wine technology.

Using public licenses for publishing a database of metadata

The paper will focus its attention on the legal and practical possibilities in utilizing public licenses as a tool in making metadata available to the broad public in such a form that is as open as possible, as well as on the obstacles that need to be overcome in doing so, in particular in regard to the rights of third persons. The paper will draw from experience in publishing the database of NRGL metadata, and will work out generally applicable conclusions based on that.
