The bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of physiotherapy for women after ceasarean section during the postpartum period. It is mainly focused on working with the scar and overall therapy for these women. In the theoretical part I describe the anatomy of the abdominal wall, the ceasareann section itself, healing of wounds, scars and physical therapy. In the chapter methodology I describe methods which I used in therapy for women after SC. The practical part was made in a form of a qualitative research. Four women participated in the study. The research lasted two months. In the chapture results I describe the therapies and the results on the women.
Postpartum blues

The topic of this bachelor thesis is postpartum baby blues, and it is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on three main topics. First topic describes normal puerperium and its physiological changes, second deals with abnormal puerperium and complications that might occur during this period and the third topic of theoretical part is about postpartum psychology, specifically about postpartum baby blues, postpartum depression, postpartum psychosis and the support, which is needed during postpartum period. The basic goal of this bachelor thesis is to find out, if there are any factors, which could lead to higher possibility of facing postpartum blues, how much information about baby blues women have and suggest suitable educational brochure so that women could be more aware of this phenomenon. The practical part analyses outcomes of questionnaire research which took place in Obstetrics-gynaecology clinic from 12.1.2021 to 4.3.2021. The questionnaire has two parts, the first part is mine construction, and the second part is Czech adaptation of the Maternity Blues Questionnaire. Introduction: Motherhood is a great life change for every woman, touching the physical, the psychical and spiritual planes of being. All these changes transform the perceived quality of life of a woman after childbirth. A qualified community midwife is a medical professional who is able to provide eruded and holistic health care to women after childbirth in their own community. Aim of work: the main objective of the empirical part of the work was to describe the importance of community care of women in postpartum period. Methodology: The empirical part of the dissertation thesis is built on Mixed-Method Design. We use the sequential combined research design of the QUAN + qual type. In the quantitative research survey, we set the main goal of describing the impact of community care of woman in postpartum period on their overall health and quality of life. The research file (N = 123) consisted of two groups of respondents. The group studied (with the community care of woman in postpartum period, N = 56) and the control group (without community care of woman in postpartum period, N = 67). We used 3 tools to gain research data: The MGI questionnaire, the MIFR Scale evaluation range and the own design questionnaire. The results of the research survey were statistically processed, the 0,05 significance level was used (5 %). The aim of the qualitative research survey was to describe in detail the experience of women with community care of woman in postpartum period. The qualitative research included 5 women having obtained community care of woman in postpartum period. These women were interviewed face to face by means of semi-structured interviews. Results and discussions: there was no statistically significant difference (p = 0,873) in the results of the state of health between women with community care of women in postpartum period and women without this care. There was no statistically significant difference (p = 0,539) in the results of breast-feeding at the end of the sixedage between women with community care of women in postpartum period and women without this care. The statistically significant link has been recognized between the recommendation of community care of woman in postpartum periodand the group of women who have benefited from repeatedly taken community care of woman in postpartum period (p <0.001). Most women who have benefited from community care of woman in postpartum period (58,9 %) were completely satisfied with this care, nothing else would need in care. Women in 45,7 % of replies reported that community care of woman in postpartum period helped them as psychological support. The results also brought alarming findings that 49.2 % of women who had not used this care did not know about this service! The resulting quality of life Index of women after childbirth reached an average value of 7,5 ? 1,38. Living area the relationship with its own mother has proved to be original compared to the other research studies and we propose to conduct further research investigations. A qualitative inquiry revealed that the community care provided by the midwife in the postpartum period was the most beneficial for women in terms of providing the so-called mother arms. Which means promoting, sharing, hearing and the respectful guiding through postpartum period. Conclusion: Dissertation provides a comprehensive view of the issue of community care of woman in postpartum period. The results of the work have shown that community care of woman in postpartum period is important to women. The used MGI and MIRF Scale questionnaires were considered to be helpful to midwives working in community.
Psychological changes in women's postnatal period and their effect on care about a child

Objective: The aim of the research section is to map the awareness and professional approach of non-medical healthcare workers to mothers who have experienced psychological changes after childbirth. The first objective was to determine the knowledge of non-medical healthcare workers in the area of mental changes in mothers. The second objective concerned the professional experience of the interviewed mothers with psychological changes. The third objective was to map out the professional approach to these mothers. The ultimate goal was to focus on the professional experience of non-medical psychiatrists in the care of children. The way of achieving the objective: For research, we have chosen a qualitative research strategy. We used the data collection method using a semi-structured interview. The interviews provided were recorded on the dictaphone, overwritten, and the pencil and paper coding techniques were organized into categories. 4 categories were interviewed with psychiatric nurses, 5 categories were interviewed with midwives interviews and 5 interviews with nurses. The selection of respondents was intentional. The research was conducted in two health facilities between February and March 2018. We were given 15 interviews in total. The knowledges gained and their conclusions: Research has shown that knowledge, along with the professional approach of the nurses surveyed, is sufficient to be able to detect the onset of postpartum depression or other mental disorders. Certain uncertainty was expressed by nurses in the field of access to mothers. More seminars on psychological change in mothers after delivery would be appreciated. Scientific benefits: The paper maps the knowledge of non-medical healthcare professionals and areas that should be improved in practice. This is an area of communication and work with mothers with psychic changes. The work can be used in the field of neonatology and psychiatry.
Postpartum educational process in the field of neonatal care

v AJ: The thesis deals with the education of mothers in the area of care of the new-born. Education (information gathering) is an integral part of everyday life, especially for women, for whom current life changes by the birth child. The theoretical part describes the actual education, physiological and pathological new-born and a brief summary of caring for him. The empirical part was designed to determine whether the mothers are being educated during hospitalization at standard as well as at higher standard section of postpartum. Secondary objective was to reveal whether the education is sufficient and understandable for them and to understand whether mothers require additional education, and if so, for which areas. Quantitative research was used for data collection by using non-standardized anonymous questionnaire. Individual items of the questionnaire are evaluated using tables and graphs. The results showed that 98.96 % of the mothers were educated in the hospital during the period of data collection, what confirmed the expected outcome. Methodology of overweight reduction for women after childbirth.

The overweight or even the obesity of women usually begins at the time of pregnancy. It often continues after the childbirth. A lot of women are never not able to reduce their weight to the value before their pregnancy. Overweight and obesity are not only a beauty problem but there are much more serious complications that can shorter the lifetime. Women with overweigh or obesity should try to reduce their weight. The good solution is a receiving a balanced diet with a reasonable energy value and regular movement activities. This thesis is based on the creation of three-month yoga programme for women after childbirth. These women managed to reduce the weight of three kilograms on average. This programme also had a good impact on all health of these women.
Problems of Women in the Postnatal Time Period.

This bachelor thesis is a theoretic {--} research work directed to the problems of women in the postnatal time period. The bachelor thesis summarizes basic information not only about physiological confinement, but also about possible complidcations that may occur in the course of this time period. All these problems involve Health, psychical and social spheres are involved into these problems. The practical part presents the results of the research focussed on finding the problems that the the women go through during the time of their hospitalization in the obstetrical ward after the childbirth as well as on the problems of the women´s acquaintance with these problems.
