Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem poporodní blues a obsahuje část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá třemi hlavními okruhy. První popisuje fyziologické šestinedělí a poporodní změny, ke kterým na jednotlivých orgánech dochází. Druhý se zabývá patologickým šestinedělím a nejčastějšími komplikacemi, které mohou v průběhu tohoto období nastat. Třetí okruh teoretické části této práce rozebírá problematiku poporodní psychiky, konkrétně se pak věnuje tématům poporodní blues, poporodní deprese, poporodní psychóza a podpora ženy v průběhu šestinedělí. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, zda existují faktory, díky kterým lze u rodiček predikovat výskyt poporodního blues, dále zjistit míru informovanosti žen po porodu ohledně tématu poporodního blues, a nakonec navrhnout edukační leták, který by tuto informovanost u těhotných a žen po porodu podpořil. Pro praktickou část práce bylo využito dotazníkového šetření, které probíhalo od 12.1.2021 do 4.3.2021 na Gynekologicko-porodnické klinice 1. lékařské fakulty Univerzity Karlovy a Všeobecné fakultní nemocnice v Praze. Respondentkám byl na oddělení šestinedělí rozdáván dotazník skládající se z části vlastní konstrukce a ze standardizovaného dotazníku Maternity Blues Questionnaire, který byl přeložen a validizován pro českou populaci.... The topic of this bachelor thesis is postpartum baby blues, and it is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on three main topics. First topic describes normal puerperium and its physiological changes, second deals with abnormal puerperium and complications that might occur during this period and the third topic of theoretical part is about postpartum psychology, specifically about postpartum baby blues, postpartum depression, postpartum psychosis and the support, which is needed during postpartum period. The basic goal of this bachelor thesis is to find out, if there are any factors, which could lead to higher possibility of facing postpartum blues, how much information about baby blues women have and suggest suitable educational brochure so that women could be more aware of this phenomenon. The practical part analyses outcomes of questionnaire research which took place in Obstetrics-gynaecology clinic from 12.1.2021 to 4.3.2021. The questionnaire has two parts, the first part is mine construction, and the second part is Czech adaptation of the Maternity Blues Questionnaire.
