The aim of this bachelor thesis is to built the optimal price of the works in terms of investor. The compilation of construction cost of a family house considering the charges resulting from its usage. Two functional segments from the budget were chosen for creating an alternative solution including the costs assessment and the life cycle costs. Finally, the optimal variant of materials was chosen and the price was compiled.

This bachelor thesis describes the Reproductive price formativ of real estates using price provisions. For comparison of the prices, I have used budget entries, budget indicators RUSO 2012, and a cost evaluation according to the regulation. The evaluation object was a family house in Brno area, Maloměřice. The results of evalution are elaborated verbally and graphically.
Actual division of office building in Brno

The aim of this master thesis is assessing the possibility of a real division of the office building in Brno as a solution of the settlement of ownership of property among the co-owners. Firstly, in the theoretical part of the study, important terms which are related to the topic are summarised, and also possibilities of settlement of co-ownership, assumptions of the real estate division and approach of valuation are handled. Secondly, in the practical part of the thesis, the description of the office building and assessment of possibility of real division in all aspects are provided. Moreover, the valuation of the office building before the division is discussed, as well as quantification of the height of costs for real division and valuation of newly established immovable properties after the division based on proprietary proportions. The study is finished with the suggestion of settlement according to the amount of proprietary proportions.
Valuation of the damage by fallen tree to a recreation cottage in Roudná u Nových Hradů

The aim of this thesis is to determine the amount of indemnity for total damage caused by a falling tree during the gale on a cottage in Roudné near Nové Hrady. The theoretical part deals with basic insurance terminology and basic terminology and methods used in property evaluation. The practical part describes the original condition of the property and its evaluation before the insured event using a cost method and complying with the evaluation regulation. Furthermore, this thesis deals with determination of the costs through the itemized budget for bringing the property to its original state. The conclusion deals with the impact of reconstruction on the extent of indemnity.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to determine the preparation and organization of a Sport areal in located Třeboň. The main purpose of this thesis is to design a solution for structural layout of an existing football field with covered grandsatnd construction. The diploma thesis includes following sections: technical report which refers to the construction-technological project, coordinating situation of the construction with wider links to transport routes, time and financial plan of the building site, feasibility study of the main technological phases, equipment of the building site, proposal of construction machina and mechanisms, timetable, plan for securing material sources, technological regulation of roof steel construction, test and kontrol plan, risks and draft measures, technical report for the issuance of construction permits and item budget.

This thesis presents a comparison of the amount of the price of shares of construction of buildings for housing in the total price quoted in the Price Regulation and set an itemized budget. At the beginning of the thesis describes the methods of valuation of houses cost method and procedure for determining the price of shares and adjustment of structures and equipment. Based on itemized budgets family home, according to the chosen methodology used price shares structures and equipment that are matched with shares pricing structures and equipment by Decree No. 3/2008 Coll. The aim of this thesis is to determine whether price shares structures that correspond to the pricing rules of acquisition costs provided an itemized budget.
Residential house Hliniště, construction-technological solution of rough substructure

This bachelor thesis is focused on the construction and technological solution of the rough substructure of the Hliniště apartment building in Velké Meziříčí. The house is composed of two separate building structures, built next to each other and set in the south sloping terrain. The construction is based on foundation feet and passports that carry the load from a top structure made of a prefabricated skeleton filled with ceramic masonry. The last 5th floor is realized as a residential attic, covered with a wooden roof with a saddle roof and sheet metal, profiled cover. The main chapters of this work are the technological regulations for the execution of earthworks and foundation structures, which are also processed by control and testing plans. In addition, the machine assemblies are designed for these activities, their schematic travel along the construction site, the excavation drawing, the building site layout, the budget item, the timetable and other attachments.
