The aim of the bachelor thesis was to analyse the drives used for belt conveyors and to determine their characteristics and suitability for use in different conditions. Functional calculation of the belt conveyor was made on the basis of the given parameters and a suitable drive was selected. The thesis includes a drawing of the pneumatic drive.
