Adamcová, Lenka ; Hiršová, Miloslava (advisor) ; Míková, Irena (referee)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine whether the sensation of jeopardy may be a source of motivation to work, or, conversely, it plays a significant role in motivating staff. The survey has dealt with motivational factors (including sensation of jeopardy) and divided them according to Herzbergs motivation theory on motivators and higyene factors where the degree of motivation and degree of satisfaction at the workplace are determined. The operational objective is to determine the impact of a sensation of jeopardy on the overall work atmosphere, which is connected to the relations with superiors and relations with workers at the same level. Subsequently, the working atmosphere examined the presence of sensations of jeopardy, which may cause rivalry or, conversely, mutual support. Required data were obtained by a questionnaire. In conclusion, my thesis summarizes the key findings and recommendations for the organization, which was the objected of the the survey.
