Object SPORT & RELAX CENTER is a new building made by reinforced concrete monolithical skeleton. Filling masonry is creating with porous concrete blocks YTONG. Thermal insulation is attended by blocks made from mineral wool. Facade is ventilated and made from fibre cemented blocks. Object has two floors and cellar. The foundations are reinforced concreting monolithical stretches and foots. The stairs are three-arm monolithical reinforced concrete. Object is roofed by flat one-housing roof, over restaurant part is intensive green roof and terrace with ceramic tile.Object is supposed to use for sports and relaxation needs for the public of Chotěbor’s city and vicinity. In first floor we can find two courts for squash, restaurant with the terrace, in second floor is fitness center and in 1S we can find wellness center (massages, relaxing baths, whirlpool, relaxing room, 3 kinds of sauna-finland, steam and steam solt sauna). On the east and the south part of the parcel will be providing parking lot for visitors and employees. On the west part of the parcel is enter for supply. On the north are situated 2 courts and a volleyball pitch. The rest of the parcel cover light grass.

House with rehabilitation office

The subject matter is new family house with rehabilitation clinics in Hronov. The building is divided in part for operating rehabilitation clinic and part intended for housing. The building is set in a gently sloping terrain. The building has a southern part of one floor of the western part of two floors. The building is designed from the system Porotherm. The ceiling structure is made of Porotherm ceiling. Roof structure is designed as a warm flat roof about the first floor above the second floor is designed as a mono- pitched roof with a slope of 10 degrees.

Realization of roofing construction of Relax - centre in Hodonín

The bachelor thesis deals with realization of a roofing construction of Relax – centre in Hodonín. A warm flat roof is designed above the building. The thesis handles technological prescription, assessment of transport itinerary, itemized budget with bill of quantities, design of site equipment, construction schedule, machine assembly, control and test plan and safety and health care policy. There is comparison of different roofing constructions in the last chapter.

Shooting range

The subject of this project is a new building of a shooting range in Brno, district Královo pole. The aim of the thesis is to create a documentation for realization of a shooting range building with capacity of 5 shooting boxes, gun and ammunition shop and functionally interconnected administrative and training rooms. The shooting range operates all-day and is situated on a flat terrain. Building is based on a plain concrete strip foundation and has two floors without the basement. The building is made of brick from ceramic blocks from the POROTHERM system, while perimeter walls are thermally insulated. The building has a single-layer flat roof.

The subject of this project is a new building of a nursery school in Brno - district Brno - Líšeň. The aim of thesis is to create dokumentation for realization of the building of the nursery school which capacity is 50 children divided into two classes. The nursery school operates all-day. The building is situated on a flat terrain and has one floor without the basement. The building is made of brick from ceramic blocks from the HELUZ system and perimeter walls are thermally insulated. The building has a single-layer flat roof.

KLH timber boards with external insulation layers form the main construction system of the building. The thesis includes contract documents for the construction of building and seminar thesis (paper) that elaborates on the isssue of timber buildings.

Objekt is designed for 3 or 4 inhabitants. The main construction system are brick walls constructed from Porotherm clay blockfulfils insulated by styrofoam. The Bachelor’s thesis includes an executive documentation and seminar thesis - which contains construction details.
