Residential building

Main objective of my bachelor’s thesis is elaborating design documentation for performs of structures for apartment building in cadastre unit town of Velká Bíteš with almost zero consumtion. Object is located on the edge of the town in built-up area designated for living in apartment houses, on quiet flat plot number 2051. Apartment house is located on the edge of the plot and no its volume does not disrupt original charakter surrounding buildings. Object is designed like apartment house with a cellar and 3 above-ground floor containing 8 apartment units. Ground floor contains 2 apartment units and the other two floor contains 3 apartment units in each floor. 7 apartment units are designated for 3 to 4 members of families, 1 apartment unit in ground floor is designated like a accessible flat. To ensure parking space for transport is necessary to built a parking place, pedestrian walkway and space for waste storage. Structural system is wall and masonry system made from clay bricks HELUZ. Ceilings solved in the same construction system like a ¨put together¨ceilings HELUZ MIAKO with addition reinfored concrete slab in area of cantilever balcony slab and area of stairs. Roof is designed like a warm flat roof.
Low-rise Timber House

The Bachelor thesis deals with a design of timber building. The object is a two-storied cellarless building with flat single-leaf roof which is designed for stay of four people. KLH timber boards with external insulation layers form the main construction system of the building. The thesis includes contract documents for the construction of building and seminar thesis (paper) that elaborates on the isssue of timber buildings.
Fire station

The diploma thesis named Fire Station deals with project documentation at the level of construction execution documentation for a fire station. The building is located on the outskirts of Holešov in the part called Všetuly. The building is located in close proximity to the existing production plants, the local industrial zone, which is accessible from outside the city and close to the approach to the under-construction D49 and part of the city bypass. The project deals with the location of the building on the land, including paved areas and their connection to existing roads, the project also includes the location of sports fields for physical training. The building is designed as a two-story building with five parking spaces for emergency vehicles, where this space extends over both floors. On the 1st floor, the technical facilities of the station with storage and a dirty changing room are designed. On the 2nd floor, emergency rooms and offices of serving firefighters with hygienic facilities are designed. The station is designed according to the Fire Protection Act size P2 for a JPO I category unit with 24 serving firefighters in three shifts. As part of the proposal, vehicles at the existing unit were considered AZ – 30 M1Z Novus, CAS 3 – T815, CAS 20 – S2Z MB, KHA, TA – MAN, Škoda Kamiq.
Shooting range

The subject of this project is a new building of a shooting range in Brno, district Královo pole. The aim of the thesis is to create a documentation for realization of a shooting range building with capacity of 5 shooting boxes, gun and ammunition shop and functionally interconnected administrative and training rooms. The shooting range operates all-day and is situated on a flat terrain. Building is based on a plain concrete strip foundation and has two floors without the basement. The building is made of brick from ceramic blocks from the POROTHERM system, while perimeter walls are thermally insulated. The building has a single-layer flat roof.
Kindergarten in Třinec Lyžbice

The master's thesis deals with the project documentation of the kindergarten in Třinec Lyžice. The structure is designed as a detached building with two floors. The ground plan is in the shape of the letter „T”. The kindergarten has two compartments, each of them is intended for 20 children, There is also multifunctional room, two rooms for leisure time activities, a kitchen and technical facilities in the building. The vertical support structures are designed from sand-lime bricks with wooden particeboards on fragment of facade. A part of the building is topped by a flat roof, and the ohter part with a pitched tieded roof
Multifunctional building in Vsetín

The subject of this diploma thesis is design documentation of a multifunctional building. The object is located in village of Vsetín, set in flat terrain. The building is divided to 3 objects. Objects A and C are designed as a residential buildings, object B is the office building. The multifunctional building is with basement, it has four above-ground floors and its roofed with warm flat roof. The structural system of a building is made from ceramic blocks Heluz Family 30 with etics, structures and ceillings are made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The part of documentation is fire safety assessment, thermal assessment, acoustic assessment and the daylighting assessment.
Apartment Building in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is project documentation for the new construction of an apartment building in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. The solved object is located on the northwestern edge of the city. It is a three-storey non-basement building. On the second and third floors there are seven residential units, sizes 1 + KK and 2 + KK. On the first floor there are four garage spaces with cellars. It includes three separate cellars, utility room, carriage house and cleaning room. It is a brick building made of sand-lime bricks. The construction system is mixed and based on foundation strips. Ceiling structures are designed as monolithic ceiling slabs. The roofing is designed as a single-skin flat roof structure. The building is also equipped with an elevator and wheelchair access. In front of the building there are four outdoor parking spaces, one of which is for people with reduced mobility. Access to the building is possible through paved areas. The whole building is insulated with the ETICS system. Facade colors are designed in shades of white and gray with anthracite fillings of openings.
Apartment building Polička

This bachelor thesis encompasses project documentation of build execution of a new apartment building. Designed building is located on the southeastern OKRAJI of Policka in a newly built location. The apartment building is designed as a detached building with three above-ground and one underground floor in a flat terrain. The building has a total of 9 residential units with layouts of 3 + KK, 2 + KK and 1 + KK. All apartments except the barrier-free have a terrace or loggia and each apartment has a cellar located in the basement of the house. In the basement there is also a technical room, workshop, bicycle and carriage house and a common room. The apartment building is based on reinforced concrete foundation strips. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed from ceramic blocks, in the basement from lost formwork. The ceiling structures are monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. Perimeter masonry above ground level is insulated with the ETICS contact thermal insulation system. The roofing of the building is solved by flat roofs, while above the 2nd floor it is a vegetation roof with a terrace, above the 3rd floor there will be a non-walkable flat roof with a waterproofing layer made of asphalt strips.
Apartment Building in Litomyšli

This bachelor thesis elaborates the project documetation for the construstion of a new apartment building in Litomyšl. The city is located in Pardubice region.The apartment building has three above-ground floors. The house is non-cellular. The object contains six apartment units. The house is located in a sloping terrain. The building is based on a concrete monolithic strip foundation and footings. The perimeter masonry is out of the system VELOX, which consists of štěpkocement board. The boards form a lost formwork fulfilled concrete core, in which the thermal insulation of the stabilized expanded polystyrene with addition graphite is incorporated. The celling construction is constituted of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs, which are reinforced by a cross or one-way. The walls in the contact with the soil are made from the lost formwork of štěpkocement boards fulfilled with a concrete core with thermal insulation extruded polystyrene in the backsplash zone. Above this level there will be an insulation of non-flamble mineral wool. The roof is warmflat and its stabilizing layer is made of fluvial aggregate. On the roof a roof garden with a layer of plastic tercce planks is placed.
Kindergarten at the Obilní trh in Brno

The bachelor thesis is based on the studio project created in the winter semester of the 2nd year of bachelor study. The topic of the studio was to create a study of a new kindergarten. The aim of the project was to create the most illuminated and safe space for children. The chosen territory is located in Brno and is defined by the northern slope and the spiers of Spilberk along the Údolní street in the context with adjoining Obilní market. The school is designed for two groups of children aged 3-6 with 25 children in each group and for 5 workers. The entrance is from the paved area adjacent to the parking lot and the sidewalk from the north side. The school is accessible from two sides; there are entrances for parents and employees. The building is made of cubic shapes and is designed in the form of U with a short cut, which is influenced by the world's sides in an attempt to brighten up as many social spaces as possible. The facade of the building consists of a simple plaster and a slat wall made of sliding and swinging slats on the windows. The facade is made in a simple style. It is a light beige plaster that is used in lower and higher reliefs. The main color element is the proposed various-color outdoor sliding aluminum lamellas. The object is moved away from urban communication and it is assumed that the free space between the school and the communications in the future will be stopped by living and administrative objects such as extending the paved space from the south.
