Defining and Fulfilling Tasks in 3D Space for Several Users

The goal of this thesis is to create system for setting and completing objectives in 3D multiplayer space, in particular for project TankGame. This project is a simulation of tank battles and thesis adds a new feature to it, which is setting and detecting any objectives for single and multiplayer game. In the same time, it demonstrates its capabilities by implementing a deathmatch game for 2 or more players.

Design of new drive filling machine part

This thesis looks into improving of tubes filling mechanism. The thesis concentrates on the analysis of the current machines technology and the suggested innovation in view of given input parameters followed by construction calculations, project design and comparison of currently used versus proposed solution. The aim of the thesis is to propose a design of a replacement of filling mechanism drive to achieve more efficiency in regards with the process of the filling of the tube by a product, decrease the time period required for this process and preserve or lower the production costs.

This bachelor thesis is dealing with the insurance of wind power stations and showing possibilities of the wind farm insurance on a practical example. There are introduced the most common forms of electricity produced from the alternative sources in the Czech Republic in the recherché part. There is an extended section dedicated to the wind energy. The practical part is concerning the insurance of the wind turbines, investigates possible risks and the most common causes of indemnities. There are different offerings of the insurance companies to insure the wind farm Pavlov I. evaluated further. At the end there is chosen the most suitable offer.

Discharge of Obligations by Unilateral Legal Act

It is now more than two years since the new Civil Code (OZ), which unified the previous predominantly two-way regulation of the discharge of obligations in one single codex, became effective. As a follow-up to this legally significant event, the focus of my PhD thesis (dissertation) has been on analyzing the resulting changes in comparison with the foregoing legal regulation of the Civil Code and the Commercial Code, including a deliberation on whether such changes have been positive or, alternatively, whether the new regulation can be reproached for certain shortcomings. Although the regulation of OZ which deals with the termination of obligations due to unilateral legal act (such as satisfaction/fulfillment of an obligation (in Czech: "splnění"), deposition in court custody (in Czech: "složení do soudní úschovy"), withdrawal from a contract (in Czech: "odstoupení od smlouvy"), contract cancellation fee (in Czech: "odstupné"), cancellation/termination of a contract by a notice of cancellation/termination (in Czech: "výpověď smlouvy"), and unilateral set-off (in Czech: "jednostranné započtení")) mostly follows up the preceding regulation, it also introduces certain new elements. The Evaluation of Local/Regional Authority Activities in the Case of Ústecký region and Chomutov District

This work deals with the issue of governance at the local level in selected municipalities in Ústecký region. Evaluating of governance in selected municipalities is based on analysis of their economy for the period 2002 - 2010. The emphasis is put on the success of municipalities in raising funds and solving problems of this region (unemployment, decline in industrial production, poor educational structure). These facts are confronted with the actual composition of councils and there are investigated differences between the access to the problems of individual municipalities or the governing political parties. Small municipalities are faced with a lack of funds, which leads to significant indebtedness. By contrast large cities are successful in obtaining grants from the EU and can fund various projects. Most of the investigated municipalities invested in building of sports and cultural centres instead supporting the active employment policy.
