On the base of these knowledge it defines and recommendes the most secure electronic banking for Profes Project s.r.o. company. The master’s thesis deals with the acquisition of mBank customers through alternative distribution channels and their subsequent analysis. The work consists of the preparation and execution of marketing actions in order to expand portfolio of clients with business accounts. The last part of the work is dedicated to proposal of customer relationship management system, through which could lead to deepening relationships with customers.
Satisfaction with Measures Made in Use of Payment Cards when Purchasing via Internet

The content of this thesis is focused on the analysis of customer satisfaction with the arrangements for the use of payment cards. The thesis aim is to evaluate satisfaction and identify possible difficulties. The terms such as in needs, consumer satisfaction, and loyalty in general are based on the literature review and then further information about credit cards and security changes since January 2021 is mentioned. Some points of interest such as spending on purchases that people follow during their online shopping are pointed out. The main part deals with the research on customer satisfaction or possible dissatisfaction. The research is focused on quantitative research based on the findings of the online questionnaire survey. There are also identified suggestions for security changes. The analysis takes place in South Bohemia and includes 190 respondents older than 15 years. The results of the research are processed and highlighted in graphs and tables and used in the final classification.
Consumer Protection in the area of Online Payments made by Payment Cards

This thesis analyses the legal frameworks governing consumer protection in the area of online payments made by debit and credit cards in the Czech Republic, the United Kingdom and the United States. The relevant legal provisions of the European Union are analysed as well. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter deals with consumer protection in the area of online payments made by debit cards. This chapter focuses on the liability for any unauthorized payment transactions made by debit cards and the cases of no consumer's liability, limited consumer's liability and unlimited consumer's liability are discussed there. It is also concerned with the issues of authorization of payment transactions made by debit cards, the limitations on the use of debit cards, specific obligations of both the consumer and the payment provider concerning the use of debit cards, the burden of proof and notification of unauthorized payment transactions made by debit cards. Finally, the legal frameworks of countries mentioned above dealing with consumer protection in the area of online payments made by debit cards are compared. The second chapter deals with the same topics as the first chapter, however, it is from the perspective of consumer protection in the area of online payments made by credit cards....

The first one brings insight to this subject and to use of payment cards as a system incorporated to today's economics. Describing economic power of this tools in contemporary economic environment. Second view describes laws and other legal necessities needed for working environment of electronic payment devices.

HAVLÍKOVÁ. J. Modern means of payment. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2017. This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the use of modern means of payment in the Czech Republic. The literary overview defines basic terms such as payment system, CERTIS and subsequently individual means of payment. The empirical part consists of two analyses. The first one is focused on supply which is represented by banks providing services to retail clientele without branches of foreign banks and specialized banks. The second analysis is intended for demand and this side consists of persons over the age of 18. There are suggested recommendations on improvement of the modern means of payment based on the accomplished analyses.
Analysis of the payment card market in the Czech Republic

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of availible data on the payment card market in the Czech Republic in years 2001 to 2016. The theoretical part focuses on the history of payment cards and when they first appeared in the territory of the Czech Republic. It further divides payment cards into several groups according to the type or technology used. The purpose of the thesis is to find out how the card market has developed, wheter Visa or MasterCard has the major share of the issued payment cards and to quantify the parameters of non-cash payments in the Czech Republic. Due to the similar level of development of contactless payment in both countries, part of the work is intended to be compared with the Slovak Republic. The last chapter presents current variants of mobile payment in several world countries and available options in the Czech Republic.
