This bachelor thesis deals with the occurrence of specially protected species of plants, animals and fungi in small-scale specially protected areas of Pardubice Region. Despite the fact that there are many specially protected species in small-scale specially protected areas that may be in the management plan and smay be the subject of protection, there is no summary that would show us the extent of protected species is protection. For this reason was this bachelor thesis written. This thesis shows the analysis of plans to create an overview of specially protected species in small-scale specially protected areas Pardubice region. Specially protected species were subscribed to the table, including the size of their threats, abundance and taxonomic classification. Results were tabulated and graphically processed.
Large-scale Nature Conservation Areas in the Czech Republic and Selected European Countries in the Legal Context

The main goal of the thesis is to analyze and compare the degree of protection of the large-scale nature conservation areas in the legal orders of the Czech Republic, the Russian Federation and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and, in the conclusion of the thesis, to answer the question of whether these countries' regulation provides a sufficiently effective protection to these areas. Legal orders of the examined countries are analyzed with regard to the scope and effectiveness of the large-scale nature conservation legal instruments. Administrative instruments are examined and compared, including the degree of proprietary rights restrictions and related compensations of property loss. Furthermore, the conceptual and economic instruments (both positive and negative stimulation) are also examined. The analysis also focuses on the regulation of legal liability in regard to the large-scale nature conservation. Next, the thesis focuses on the institutional framework of the large-scale nature conservation in the examined countries and on the evaluation of the scope of the nature protection authorities' competence. The purpose of the bachelor thesis was to propose a management plan for the important landscape element Maderany and its accessibility. The management proposal was based on an investigation of the current state of the area and on other restrictions, imposed by the forestry management plan and urban planning documentation of the municipality. The attachment contains graphical representations of placement suggestions for each intervention. A literary research on the term important landscape element was conducted as part of the overview of the subject.

This thesis examines the price development of forest management plans (FMP) and the quality of their workmanship. The paper also discussed the differences in performance of financial execution and evaluation of forest management plans over other planning documents, which are eg. Management plans or inventory surveys. Methodically work is based on a survey of prices for processing FMP from 2003 to 2015, then review the quality of FMP in five groups selected sites and distributed evaluation questionnaires. He was observed to decrease fees for processing FMP. The quality of forest management plans is declining and there is a loss of their informative value. Identified facts were confirmed questionnaires focusing on price and processing methods FMP.

This Bachelor Thesis characterises the current questions of nature protection in Protected Landscape Area Jeseníky (CHKO Jeseník) based on available data. It is divided into five parts. The first part depicts historical development of nature protection, legal basis and the definition CHKO. The second part is dedicated to physiographic characteristics of CHKO Jeseníky geomorphological, geological, soil, and climatic conditions. Also included is a treatise of fauna and flora which we can encounter in CHKO Jeseníky. The third part describes settlement of the mountains, history of mountain huts and definition of tourism including its positive and negative ramifications. The fourth part deals with the Chaimos, its origin, history of population development, and the impact its occurrence has on the landscape. The fifth part explains the issue of current nature protection and CHKO conservation planning in the future.
