Energy-saving detached house

The subject of this thesis is the preparation of project documentation of energy-efficient family house with an establishment. It is an object composed of one basement and two floors. The house will be based on the footings of plain concrete C 16/20. The base plate is also made of unreinforced concrete C16 / 20, with garages and bars will be fitted with curry networks with a diameter of 6 mm and 150x150 mm mesh size. Masonry floors is designed from POROTHERM system, basement walls are made of shuttering blocks BEST 500x300x250 mm. On the second floor are designed Knauf drywall partitions button. 125 mm, filled with acoustic insulation ISOVER MERINO. The horizontal structure of the ceiling is solved ceiling Porotherm (beams POT and inserts MIAKO) thick. 250 mm. The staircase is designed reinforced concrete. The chimney will be built from the system SCHIEDEL UNI with ventilation shaft. The supporting structure of the roof is gabled wood roof system with Tondach roofing, roof slope is 30 degrees. Exterior windows and exterior doors are plastic. Roof windows from VELUX. All internal doors are wooden casing. The garage will be placed sectional doors. The floor covering is designed according to the operation of individual rooms. The drawings are processed in AutoCad.

The topic of this thesis is the processing documentation of a family house with an establishment. The establishment is designed as a design office. The family house is situated on a slightly sloping terrain in Odry. Family house is designed for four-member family. The building has two above-ground floors and a partial basement. The loadbearing structure is of brick by system Porotherm. The building is insulated by contact insulating system ETICS. Roofing is a combination of flat and pitched roofs. The garage is part of the building. On the land are designed three parking spaces directly accessible from the driveway.

The Family House

The task given for this bachelor thesis „Family house“ is to compile a project documentation according to the structural part of the decree no. 499/2006. This house, designed for a family of four (2 parents and 2 children) is located in the village Krnov, an area of consistent family house development. Object consists of one underground and two aboveground stories of this disposition: - basement (1.PP) technical, hobby and storage rooms - ground floor (1.NP) main entrance with vestibule, hallway with the stair space, toilet, garage and living room with an access to terrace - first floor (2.NP) rooms for relaxation and bedrooms of both parents with cloakroom and bathroom, children rooms, bathroom with toilet Construction system of the house – walls (consisting in basement of permanent shuttering and on ground floors of ceramic blocks). Ceiling structure is in construction of the ceramic system and under the garage is a prefabricated concrete panels. The roofing is done using pitched roofs – construction with a slope 35°.

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the development of documentation a low-energy detached family house in Račerovice. The project as well as the addenda are elaborated with regard to contemporary legislation and standards. The family house is located on plot number 786/12 in cadastre unit Račerovice. The house has two floors. Dimensions of the house are 12,40 x 9,65 m, dimensions adjacent garage are 7,30 x 4,80 m. The roof of the building is designed pitched roof, over the garage is flat roof. The house is performed from the system Porotherm. The basic construction are of plain concrete and the base concrete slab. The enclosed essay deals with floor.

The 5 bedrooms layout fulfills the design for 4-5 family members. The entrance is situated in the northwest part of the house. From which we get into the hall of which is open to the kitchen and living room, staircase room, utility room, WC and garage for one car, followed by the workroom. On the second floor there are two children's bedrooms, bathroom, WC and livingroom. All of the bedrooms are enterable form the hall and have southern view. It is a wooden building of large-size panels NOVATOP. The roof is supported by NOVATOP.

The 6 bedrooms layout fulfills the design for 4-6 family members. The entrance to the house is from the southwest side. Entering the vestibul gets us to the hall where WC and bathroom, stairs, guest room, living room and kitchen with dinning room are accesible. Going upstairs we come to the second floor hall. One children room, closet and parents bedroom, kitchen and separate WC is easily accesible from here. Object includes garage for one car with separate entrance which is connected to the technical room.It is a wooden building of large-size panels NOVATOP.

The aim of bachelor thesis is working out the project documentation to execution of a new detached house in the cadastral area of Moravský Písek. The house is detached and located within the area defined by the regulatory plan of the municipality. This house has a basement, ground floor and an attic. The house is designed for one family of 4 members. In the basement there are 10 rooms, which serve mainly for all utilities and storage facilities. The ground floor is the social part of the house with 8 rooms and a garage combined. The attic acts primarily as a quiet zone,in which there are 7 rooms. In the exteriér there is a staircase connecting the terrace with a basesment. The house is built on a foundation of strips made from plain concrete. Vertical and horizontal supporting structures of the house are from the type of system Porotherm. This is a type of brick construction system. The roof construction is designed with a pitched roof in an L shape with a slope of 39°. The drawing part is handled by the AutoCAD software, visualization is processed in the ArchiCAD and Artlantis software.

The Bachelor thesis topic is a project of a detached house. The house design is a two-story wooden building with a pitched roof and no basement. The wooden building is constructed of large panels and the roof is supported by G-N timber trusses. The entrance is situated in the northwest part of the house. Containing six bedrooms, the building layout fullfills the design for 4-6 family members. On the sheltered lee builds vestibule from which we get into the hall. The main hall opens to the kitchen and living room, stairs, and study room. As well, the main haill leads to the master bedroom which has a separate dressing room, bathroom, wash room, and utility room.There is access to the main hallway from the garage and side door. The second floor has three children's bedrooms, bathroom, and wash and dressing rooms. All of the bedrooms are accessible form the second-floor hallway.All of the bedrooms are enterable form the hall and are situated on south side. It is a wooden building of large-size panels. The roof is supported by G-N timber trusses.

On the second floor there are two children's bedrooms, bathroom, WC and livingroom. All of the bedrooms are enterable form the hall and have southern view. In the relax center are twoo masage room with shower, room from workers and the toilets. There is garage and one place under roof from parking twoo cars. It is a brick building of systém YTONG. The roof is supported by VEDAFORM.
