Physiotherapy of patients with migraine headaches simultaneously used changes in sleeping positions
CHLUBNOVÁ, Hana
This bachelor thesis deals with physiotherapy in patients with migraine headaches while using a change of a sleeping position. The first part describes functional anatomy of the cervical spine, clinical picture, types, phases, triggering factors and treatment of migraine followed by description of basic sleeping positions. The aim of the theoretical part of the thesis was to describe the clinical picture of migraine, types of migraine and its treatment, including the possibilities of physiotherapy of migraine pain. The practical part of the thesis, which was done in a form of qualitative research, can be found in the second part of the work. The examined group consists of four respondents - three patients, namely two women and one male are patients from rehabilitation center in Borovany and one woman is a patient from rehabilitation center in Žďár nad Sázavou. The semi-structured interview, observation and subjective perceptions of patients were used as the methods to collect the data. The main aim of this work was to map possibilities of physiotherapy treatment in patient with migraine headaches. Further objective was to assess the effect of physiotherapy with simultaneous change of the sleeping position. Eight therapies were completed by each patient. After the fourth session, i.e. exactly in the half of the whole therapy process, the planed change in the sleeping position was implemented. The results were assessed on the basis of kinesiology carried out before the start and after the end of the whole therapy. As patients had been aware of the severity of migraine pain, the current state was improved and the migraine occurrence frequency decreased in all cases. They all understood that doing exercise at home is crucial for positive results of therapies and decrease in number of migraine attacks. Not only exercising but also ergonomics of the movement in work environment influenced results of the therapy. No rapid changes occurred after the change of the sleeping position, which may be caused by just the short-term change in the sleeping position. However, it can be concluded that regular exercise improves function of the cervical spine and lowers the number of migraine incidence. The change in the sleeping position is considered only as an accompanying preventive factor.
Possibilities of physiotherapy with painful arm syndrome at blue-collar worker
ČUTKOVÁ, Lucie
This bachelor thesis deals with problem of pain arm syndrome at assembly workers. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the theory of anatomy, kinesiology, biomechanics, there are a shoulder diseases include under painful shoulder syndrome, we will acquainted with the usual methods of therapy used for this diagnosis and give brief information about the job of the assembly workers. The second, practical part of the bachelor thesis deals with the results obtained on the basis of qualitative research, where through the semi-structured interview, observation and described investigation methods I received anamnestic data from three probands working as assemblers at company Robert Bosch spol. s.r.o. aged 27 to 57. Dates were processed in the form of input and output kinesiological analysis. The first object of the bachelor was to map out the environment in which they work and suggest, how to avoid the misbehaving stereotypes. The second objective was to design a suitable physiotherapeutic plan using different methodologies. Two of the three probands showed positive changes and adherence to preventive measures and active cooperative therapy, especially home treat. The bachelor thesis can serve as an educational material not only for physiotherapists, but also for employees, employers or the general public. It can provide information, but also as a therapeutic solution or material for further research.

The Issue of Babywearing and the Specific Recommendations of Physiotherapy in the Prevention of Functional Disorders
KUBIŠTOVÁ, Karolína
This bachelor's thesis research summary of common informations is about problems wearing babies on mother's bodies. In the first part there are not only informations but some special interests who are engaged in this subject. I also conside to draw attention on biomechanical view of person wearing the baby. that why some of section is focused on mother's body by increasing load. In the second part of bachelor's thesis research aims on mothers wearing their babies mainly in scarf. The basic of practical part was worked on quality form 4 case studies which contains: anamnesis, elementary and finally kinesiological analysis and course of therapy. The respondents were composed of movement difficulties and they can wear their babies in the scarves on their bodies. Individual therapy was led to regularly autotherapy. If we comperared the introducing and final control there weren't any characteristical physiological changes. The respondets rated the results very positive because they took in more their bodies and the therapy contributes to their mental comfort. I suppose there should be mother'scare not only wearing babies in scarves but in arms as well to prevent function defacts because of one-sicked burden. Usage of BLACKROLL in physiotherapy of vertebrogenic algic syndrome in the lumbar spine
KAMIŠOVÁ, Barbora
This bachelor thesis deals with vertebrogenic algic syndrome, particularly focused on lumbar spine with BLACKROLL tool usage during physiotherapeutic diffucilties. Designation "vertebrogenic algic syndrome" mostly labels pain concentrating in different spine areas. Based on latest results, frequency of those difficulties has appeared more often and usually Leeds to making medici appointments. Objective in this thesis was to evaluate effect of BLACKROLL as a physiotherapeutic tool in relation to lumbar spine´s vertebrogenic algic syndrome and to design and create spesific physioterapeutic unit with BLACKROLL usage. First part of this thesis reviews lumbar spine anatomy, deep stabilization system muscles, vertebrogenic difficulties and their causes. Also describes BLACKROLL tools and their relation to fascias. Second part of thesis presents practical work, created by qualitative research. Research sample was composed of 4 probands aged from 23 to 57. Two of them were diagnosed with herniated disc, one with immediate postpartum lumbago and last one with chronic lumbago. I have used interview method and kinesiological analysis for data gathering. Each therapy were ongoing from november 2016 till april 2017. Every single proband was made in regular therapy period of 4 months. Based on achieved results, we can say that bachelor thesis objective has been fulfilled. I have proved that recommended therapy and regular exercise participate on general improvement of deep stabilization system muscles and patient´s health condition. Overall mental state also strengthens according to pain dissapearance.
Physiotherapeutic techniques for a patient with the frozen shoulder syndrome
JIRSÁKOVÁ, Nikola
This thesis is focused on problematic of a syndrom of frozen shoulder and an effect of individual physiotherapeutic procedures applied during this diagnosis. There is an anatomy of the shoulder knit and a single muscle included in the theoretical part. Kinesiology of shoulder joint, distribution and clinical picture of the syndrome of frozen shoulder and also the treatment options of diagnosis using physiotherapy are described below. The practical part is composed by case reports of each patient with the syndrome of frozen shoulder and physiotherapy technique and method is further included. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate: an effect of physiotherapy on time of convalescence in the syndrome of frozen shoulder and an efficiency of established therapy. Per an individual examinations an individual physioterapeutic plan was created for each pacient. Qualitative researches applied to 5 patients have leaded to the results of this task. To collect data served especially input and output kinesiological analysis and an inventory of patient history in the next row, analysis of collected data was performed at the end. This bachelor thesis can find applied among medical staff in the specialized departments in the hospital as an educational material for students or as an educational source for patients with syndrome of frozen shoulder.
