Case Study of physioterapy treatment of a patient after L3/L4 disectomy Objectives: The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create a complex perspective on a problem of herniated disc, on the course of disectomy and to propose following physiotherapy treatment after disectomy L3/L4. Methods: The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part proposes the possibilities of the examination and the treatment of the herniated disc. The second part focuses on the individual case report about a patient after disectomy. Results: The problems of the herniated disc were theoretically clarified. Title of bachelor's thesis: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a pacient after a surgical stabilization of the cervical spine. Aim of the thesis: Aim of the bachelor's thesis is to define disability of the cervical spine by rheumatoid artritis patient and focus on physioterapeutic procedures, which are used for patients after a surgical stabilization of the cervical spine. Method: The first part of the bachelor's thesis is teoretical and will be write up in the form of search. Aim is to collect and compare published information from proffesional articles, books and studies about issue of physioterapeutic care for patient with rheumatoid arthritis after the surgical stabilization of the spine. Will be used czech and also foreign sources, from the year 1974. The second part is special, will be write up in the form of case report of pacient with rheumatoid arthritis (IV. degree). This special part is based on terapeutic sessions with patient in the Rheumatology institute in Prague, within continuous professional practice from 9th January to 4th February 2012. The aim is to used obtained knowledges and skills from teoretical and practical studies to examine patient, do proposal and application of suitable physioteraputic methods or procedures. Abstract
Thesis title: Casuistry of physiotherapy care of a patient diagnosed with peripheral facial palsy. Thesis summary: My bachelor thesis summarizes theoretical knowledge about peripheral paresis n. facialis, possible cause, treatment and prognosis. Also, physiotherapeutic care of the patient with this diagnosis. The thesis contains a general part summarizing all theoretical information. The special part contains a patient's case report, which includes examination, design of therapy, physiotherapy, improvement and evaluation of the effect of therapy. Everything has been done during my clinical practice at the Kladno Regional hospital. Title: Case study of physiotherapy care of a polymorbid patient after liver transplantation Objectives: The aim of this work is a conclusion of theoretical knowledge about physioterapeutic care after the liver transplantation, systematic leading and recording of terapeutic units, tracking the results and overal apreciation of all proposed therapies of polymorbid patient after liver transplantation. Methods: This thesis is split into two parts, first part is research of resources about given topic, second part is case report of polymorbid pacient after the liver transplantation with whom I worked in the time of 18.1. 2019 - 30.1. 2019 in IKEM in Prague. First theoretical part contains anatomical and fyziologial description of liver and gallbladder, types of illnesses that affects these organs, the diagnostics of those illnesses and treatment. Second - special - part of this thesis is case report of the patient. Results: Due to serious condition of the patient was the main goal of the physioterapeutic care to keep the biggest possible condition and improve actual physical state of the patient after frequent revision operations. The impact of balneology treatment on Health Related Quality of Life (HRQoL) and drug consumption in young subjects under 35 years of age

The thesis ``The impact of balneology treatment on Health Related Quality of Life (HRQoL) and drug consumption in young subjects under 35 years of age.{\crqq} The theoretical part deals with balneology treatment and quality of life in general, its assessment, with chronic diseases of musculoskeletal system and their impact on quality of life. The objective of the thesis is stated and hypothes is set in the practical part by means of which the research itself was started. The following chapter ``Methodology{\crqq} describes the research technique and methods used to confirm or disprove given objective and hypothes stated. The next chapter ``Results{\crqq} contains charts and graphs with final values and their verbal description. Information obtained from the research is confronted in the discussion.
