Case Study of physioterapy treatment of a patient after L3/L4 disectomy Objectives: The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create a complex perspective on a problem of herniated disc, on the course of disectomy and to propose following physiotherapy treatment after disectomy L3/L4. Methods: The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part proposes the possibilities of the examination and the treatment of the herniated disc. The second part focuses on the individual case report about a patient after disectomy. Results: The problems of the herniated disc were theoretically clarified. Title: Case report of a patient after fracture of the distal radius Author: Michaela Richtrová Aim: A comprehensive view on the issue of distal radius fractures, a summary of theoretical and practical knowledge, the design therapy and monitoring therapeutic outcomes - rehabilitation plan for a patient with fractures of the distal radius. Methods: This work was a search of case studies in the professional practice held from January 24, 2011 to February 18, 2011 at Malvazinky Rehabilitation Clinic in Prague. The work is divided into two parts, general and special. General section summarizes the theoretical knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology forearm, hand and wrist, upper extremity trauma - a description of fractures and their healing, diagnosis and treatment. Based on this general knowledge is also dedicated to the classification of fractures of the distal radius, their clinical symptoms, conservative and surgical approaches and a description of rehabilitation treatment options. A special section is devoted to case report of a patient after distal radius fracture, the rehabilitation, the results and effects of therapy. Key words: wrist fractures, distal radius, physiotherapy

Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient with the diagnosis of dislocated comminuted fracture of femoral diaphysis in its middle third Author: Veronika Schovancová This baccalaureate thesis was designed as a case study at the Rehabilitation Clinic Malvazinky during my continuous specialized practice from Jan 23 - Feb 17, 2012. The thesis deals with the issues of physiotherapy for dislocated comminuted fracture of femoral diaphysis in its middle third after spongioplasty; reposition and stabilization of the fracture using a splinting technique. The thesis is divided in two parts, general and special. The general part focuses on literature search-based description of fractures, their classification, conservative and surgical treatments, and healing of fractures. The fractures of femoral diaphysis are described in more detail - clinical image of this trauma, its prognosis, therapeutic approaches to the problem, and particularly physiotherapeutic and rehabilitation approaches. The return of a person after lower limb amputation into society

The Abstr act Title of thesis: The return of a person after lower limb amputation into society. Aim of work: Determine how the patient perceives care in terms of physiotherapy and psychology at various stages: hase I. - prior to rehabilitation hase II. - At the end of rehabilitation hase III. - At intervals after the return back home Metho d: The task is concieved as a methodological study is concerned with the retrurn of a person into society after lower limb amputation. The processing is based on a method of observation of patients in a rehabilitation clinic. The method was further extended by evaluating feedback from patients. The method of auto-detection, which is based on assesment, communication with the patient and practical daily diagnosis of the progress of rehabilitation is combined with a method of questionnaire to verify the feedback from the patient. The aim of the feedback is to provide personal information on their own, individual - specific perspective of each individual patient "That would be reliable". The combination of both methods would be to exclude the distortion of results gained by one individual - therapist.
