Design of a photovoltaic power system with battery storage for household purposes
Lacina, Jaroslav ; Jandová, Kristýna (referee) ; Vaněk, Jiří (advisor)
This master’s thesis takes a look at possible project of photovoltaic powerplant with power storage for households. The principle and function of photovoltaic cells, inverter and acumulators will be explained in the theoretical part. The subsequent part will focus on description of photovoltaic systems, legal point of view as well as funding by programme New Green Savings. In the practical part, the photovoltaic power plant with battery storage for the home and its economic evaluation is proposed. The PV*SOL premium program was used for simulation and data processing.
Legal regulation of the renewable energy resources and their use
Makovec, Václav ; Damohorský, Milan (advisor) ; Humlíčková, Petra (referee)
Title: Legislation of renewable energy sources and their use Abstract The presented thesis deals with issues of legal regulation of renewable energy sources with target on legal regulation of system of support in the Czech Republic. The thesis contains the overview of documents and instruments from international enviroment. As a result of the Czech Republic membership in the European Union the thesis presents instruments of union legislation which due to integration of EU member states legislation and due to marking out obligatory goals aims to opened unified and liberal energy market. The thesis describes historical development of this phenomenon from partial legislation to complex and sophisticated legislation and artificially formed systems of support including and puts them into context with social economic aspects of pursued period of time. Due to comparative method the thesis brings not only comparation of legislation in the course of time in Czech and European background but also evaluate them and try to estimate progress and find possible solution. One of the thesis targets is to provide the comprehensive view on legislation of renewable energy sources from businessmen points of view and put this relationship into context with institute of environment protection.
Ekonomické dopady podpory výroby energie z fotovoltaických článků v České republice
Krška, Štěpán ; Hrubý, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Cahlík, Tomáš (referee)
v Abstract The bachelor's thesis focuses on the generation of energy from photovoltaic cells in the Czech Republic and calculation of costs resulting from a support of renewable energy sources. Second part, following a short introduction, contains a brief description of the energy market in the Czech Republic and definitions of renewable energy sources. Third part covers photovoltaic energy in general. It deals with its historical development, technology and potential in the Czech Republic. Fourth part concerns with a legislation and contains a basic overview of the energy legislation of the Czech Republic and the European Union. Fifth part elaborates on the potential of other renewable sources in the Czech Republic and based on expert studies outlines their possible future development. Sixth part comments on the situation of photovoltaics in other states and brings a view of the support of renewable sources in Germany, Spain and Italy. Seventh (analytical) part deals with an analysis and calculations of the costs of the support of individual renewable sources including photovoltaics, cogeneration and secondary resources. The thesis is ended with a conclusion summarising the main results of the work.
The Analysis Photovoltaic Utilization by Means of Tools of GIS in Model Area
Englmaierová, Tereza ; Jaroš, Jakub (advisor) ; Štych, Přemysl (referee)
The Analysis of Photovoltaic Potential by Means of GIS in Model Area Abstract The aim of the thesis is to investigate the issue of the photovoltaic utilization by means of tools of GIS. The teoretical part deals with photovoltaics, the photovoltaic effect, basic conditions and laws that need to be met in order to build a photovoltaic power station and the development and tools of GIS with special intend on Area Solar Radiation. The model is implementated in three test areas in the Czech Republic. The metodology uses tools of GIS in software environment ArcGIS Desktop, an open source application PVGIS and the ČHMÚ database. Keywords: Photovoltaic, Photovoltaic Power Station, GIS, Model, Area Solar Radiation
Solar energy and its financial and legal aspects
Němec, Jan ; Boháč, Radim (advisor) ; Vybíral, Roman (referee)
Resume in English language Solar energy and its financial and legal aspects The topic of this thesis is the production of electricity from solar light and its legislation in the Czech Republic and European Union. The objective of this thesis is to analyse the whole development since the year 2005 until today, because it is full of interesting aspects. After the introduction the first part of this thesis is focused on the legislation of the European Union, which created foundation for Czech laws, i.e. Directives 2001/77/EC and 2009/28/EC. It is followed by the analysis of Czech laws, which were valid at that time, especially the Act no. 180/2005 Coll., and the Act no. 458/2008 Sb., Energy Act. As for the Energy Act, there is also added part about its current amendment and also the Act on income taxes is mentioned. Following part is focused on the solar boom, its causes and consequences. Because of the fact that the implemented solutions has provoked large discussions, this chapter is focused also on individual implemented solutions. Third part of the thesis is crucial and it is focused on the analysis of key court decisions in this field, i.e. three main court decisions, which are related to the solar tax. Those are interesting decisions of the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Administrative Court of the...
Office Building
Tručka, Jiří ; Mizerová,, Lenka Smolková (referee) ; Smolka, Radim (advisor)
This master's thesis deals with project documentation of an office building with commercial premises, cafe, and canteen. The building is located in Žďár nad Sázavou, on plot 2197. The access road is from the north side. The building has 6 floors above ground and 2 underground floors. The building is designed as monolithic reinforced concrete frame with shear core. Basement consists of monolithic reinforced concrete walls. Whole building is based on reinforced concrete slab, which is supported by a system of piles. The external wall is designed from clay blocks. The facade is ventilated.
