Analysis of personnel work in the company

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the personnel work in a concrete company -- the comparison of practical application with available theoretical knowledge and the subsequent evaluation related to the proposal of relevant measures that would improve effectiveness of personnel work in the monitored company. The thesis is divided into two parts -- theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains information about the importance of human resources management, its relation to the overall strategy of the organization and brief characteristics of particular personnel activities. The practical part describes the characteristics of the company, its organizational structure, basic personal data and I continue with analysis of personnel work and personnel activities in the company. At the beginning of each chapter is a procedural scheme under which the analysis progresses. At the end of each chapter I summarize the findings, evaluate the level of personnel work in the company and introduce proposals for optimization of human resources.
Analysis of personnel management

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the aspects of personnel management in a selected company, compare the methods used in the selected company with the theoretical basis and propose appropriate solutions if needed. Analysed personal activities are personnel planning, acquisition of personnel, selection of personnel, admission procedures, personnel orientation, personnel reviews, personnel remuneration and personnel education. These personnel activities are first explained in the theoretical part and then analysed in the practical part.

The diploma thesis examines human resource management in Nemocnice Jindrichuv Hradec Hospital, Inc. In the beginning, I described how the hospital management and hospital owner. In the next section, I analyze personnel activities. At the end, I present the final evaluation, which includes the evaluation of the hospital management, individual personnel activities, and propose measures that will improve hospital management and leadership of human resources.
Personnel marketing in a selected organization

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a system of personnel marketing in a selected organization. The thesis is focused on the analysis of current management system of personnel work and personnel activities in the field of personnel marketing of the Police of the Czech Republic, more concretely of the Directory of the South Bohemian Region, specifically of its Territorial Department in Tábor. The work deals with employees recruitment, their selection, evaluation and remuneration including benefits, their education and development. These personnel activities are firstly theoretically described in the literature review and then analysed in the organization. The aim of the work is to examine and evaluate contemporary system of personnel management and to propose innovation in this area. The innovations could contribute to increase employees satisfaction and motivation, and to improve care of the employees.
Personnel activities in the company and motivation of employees

This thesis is focused on analysis of personnel activities of the organization and motivation of employees to explore the implementation of the HR functions in a small company and determine the level of motivation and satisfaction of its employees. Output from the analysis should help the company to take such measures that could help to improve the functioning of the enterprise. In the first part is initially described the theoretical basis necessary for understanding the topic. I deal with some chosen personnel activities such as staff planning, jobs analysis, staff attracting and selecting, adaptation, remuneration and redundancies. The basic concepts related to motivation of employees are explained there, including some selected theories of motivation and the means of influence of motivation to work. In the practical part I apply the gained knowledge to a description and analysis of personnel activities exercised in a particular company. To determine the motivation of employees was carried out by a questionnaire. Results from this research have revealed some problem areas, which would be needfull to focus on and improve existing processes.

The diploma thesis considers the question of personal activities in POLLMANN CZ s.r.o. company, which specializes in assembling processes in car industry. In the beginning, I described the company as such and then focused on the analysis of individual personal activities. In the end, I made a summary and suggested measures for improvement of the human resources situation in the company. During working on the diploma thesis, I used specialized literature, the internet, internal documents of the company and the information given by company's employees.

Thesis deals with the implementation of human resources in a particular organization. Its main objective was to assess the personnel activities and to propose measures that would help to streamline the activities. The work is divided into four chapters. The first part summarizes the theoretical principles that are the basis for the evaluation of selected personnel activities. The second chapter briefly describes the company, who does not wish to disclose their business name. The third part is focused on description of activities carried out by staff. Its structure corresponds to the first chapter intentionally. Based on PEST analysis were evaluated possible problem areas and a strong areas of the company. Activities are carried out by staff at a good level, level of care for employees is premium. There were, however, found some deficiencies, particularly in the description of positions-content and planning jobs. The conclusion summarizes the findings and formulated recommendations for improvement. For processing thesis was used professional literature, Internet sources, personal interviews with the staff of the company and internal documents.
