The topic of this bachelor thesis is the language of sport leisure-time activities lecturers. It is aimed to pupils at the first grade (thereinafter ZŠ) and lecturers of kickbox and dance lessons. The first part of the thesis is written in general terms. It comes out from the literature about communication. It emphasizes the importance of pedagogical communication and its effect on the development of education and the cooperation among pupils and lecturers. The second part of the thesis is aimed to use of verbal and non-verbal communication in leisure-time activities.
Enhancement of a communication effectiveness in a class at primary school

This thesis describes a level of communication among a class teacher, her pupils and the pupils themselves in a master class at a first stage, where the author works. The aim of the class teacher is to develop communicative competences that will lead to more effective communication in the class among the class teacher, her pupils and pupils themselves. The theoretical part gives a support to the practical part based on theoretical knowledge. It formulates specifics of pedagogical communication, features verbal communication, observes effective ways and barriers in communication. It submits tools by Personal and social education defining. The tools can reach expected outputs in communication defined in the National Curriculum and the Minimum Preventive Programme. The author introduces the teacher's personality and his skills as possible factors that affect the pupil's development. The practical part monitors the initial situation in the classroom. On the basis of a teacher action research the teacher wants to enhance communication efficiency. Changes in the behavior of children in a group of school clubs the careful application of effective communication

The thesis deals with the instrumentality of usage efficient communication and prosocial activities on primary children´s behaviour in class after-school club. The observed areas are coping, solving plus percent occurrence of conflicts, mutual communication together with the expression of personal opinions. Furthermore, the work compared the atmosphere within the class after-school club before the research in January 2014 and after its completion in June 2014. The results of the empirical investigation of quantitative research are compared with each other at the beginning as well as at the end of the research. These outcomes were compared with the results of the control group. They prove that the change of educational approach by using the effective communication and prosocial activities can affect children's behavior.
The Difference between the Pedagogic Communication in use of a Primary School Teacher and an After-school Educator

The dissertation is focused to the field of communication and it is divided up to three sections, which concur in order. The first section is aimed to delimitation, definiton, functions and types of social communication. The second section is applied to the pedagogic communication in a primary school background, and there are stated, as well as in the first section, definitions, functions and verbal and nonverbal communication. There are new chapters added to this section, which subsequently apply to the goal, subject, rules of pedagogic communication and the time aspect, that together with organizing forms and methods of teaching has the influence on the pedagogic communication. The last section is concentrated on the pedagogic communication in a after school daycare background, the content structure copies the previous section. For further specification, there is a chapter added in this section, that is focused to after school daycare as a place for education and cultivation in the time of not school teaching. The goal of this dissertation was the comparison of differences in pedagogic communication in a primary school and in a after-school daycare.
