Conceptual design of competition model airplane
Pospíšil, Jakub ; Vaněk, František (referee) ; Hájek, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the conceptual design of a competition model of an aircraft for an international student competition. The introduction deals with the rules of the competition and their subsequent analysis. The research part deals with a possible concept of the aircraft from the point of view of various configurations of individual parts of the model. In the practical part, the characteristics of individual parts of the aircraft are processed and a mass analysis is performed.
Towards Parameterized Contract Validator in ANaConDA Framework
Mužikovská, Monika ; Fiedor, Tomáš (referee) ; Smrčka, Aleš (advisor)
This work deals with problematics of contracts for parallelism. It is a technique allowing to specify requirements for atomicity in parallel programs and to create automatic tools for detection of atomicity violation. ANaConDA framework provides dynamic analyser called Contract-validator which can detect contract violations in parallel programs. However, due to analysis without context, it can produce a lot of warnings about contract violation that are not considered as errors. The aim of this work was to design and implement a method supporting contracts extended with parameters and their constraints which will lead to more accurate results of the analysis. Experiments using newly created analyser on a set of benchmarks with known atomicity violations showed that analysis with parameters can reduce the results by dozens of reports that unnecessarily burdened developers and made it harder to reveal real errors.
Nonlinear models of DC machines
Král, Michal ; Mišinger, Lukáš (referee) ; Mach, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with modeling and simulation of DC motors. Four models of DC motors were created, according to four types of excitation ( derivative, serial, compound and separated). These models were designed in simulation program MATLAB & Simulink. Models were adjusted in order to respect magnetic non-linearity. Parameters for simulations were measured on real DC machine and the simulations were executed. This theses focuses on examination of temporary effects and comparing with real measured developments.
Electrical motors parameters identification using subspace based methods
Jenča, Pavol ; Veselý, Ivo (referee) ; Blaha, Petr (advisor)
The electrical motors parameters identification is solved in this master’s thesis using subspace based methods. Electrical motors are simulated in Matlab/Simulink interactive environment, specifically permanent magnet DC motor and permanent magnet synchronous motor. Identification is developed in Matlab interactive environment. Different types of subspace algorithms are used for the estimation of parameters. Results of subspace parameters estimation are compared with least squares parameters estimation. The thesis describes subspace method, types of subspace algorithms, used electrical motors, nonlinear approach of identification and comparation of parameters identification.
The design and manufacturing process of an injection mold
Stančík, Jan ; Dvořák, Jaromír (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with the topic of plastics injection. Firstly, it deals with the design process of the injection mold, which starts with the design of the injection molding product, with the design of the gating system and depending on the suitable forming of the core and cavity and suitable placement of the ejecting elements. After designing the injection mold design, the work is focused on the TPV documentation for the selected part of the mold assembly. Here are solved technological parameters and machining operations, assignment of machines and tools. In the last part of the thesis, an injection machine is selected depending on the calculations. Finally, an economic assessment is made on injection molding and discussion.
Laser application in wood working
Dušek, Přemysl ; Kalivoda, Milan (referee) ; Osička, Karel (advisor)
This diplom thesis addresses the fundamental analysis of the general use of laser technology. Maintanence parameteres in laser wood cutting. Design wooden kit, cutting wooden kit and make kit prototyp. Last part of diploma thesys deals with technical and economic evaluation and comparison laser technology versus CNC machine. In diplom thesis is created procedure for glue kit.
Parameters of the laser beam
Hort, Zbyněk ; Kolář, Ladislav (referee) ; Osička, Karel (advisor)
The diploma thesis consists of the three main parts. The first part deals with the theoretical description of the laser technology and other unconventional technologies. In the second part, the thesis is focused on testing the parameters of the laser and evaluating the most suitable parameters. In the last part the diploma thesis deals with comparison of unconventional technologies in terms of cut quality
Optimization and parameter measurement of PON network FTTX
Influence of cutting speed and other parameters on the surface quality of aluminium alloys after AWJ cutting
Hendrych, Jan ; Kalivoda, Milan (referee) ; Dvořák, Jaromír (advisor)
The main goal of this work is to get known with this new technology of division material. That means dividing material with water beam and its consecutive comparing of advantages and disadvantages, with cutting material by laser or plasma. Than we pay our attention to parameters which influences the quality of surface especially to how fast is the movement of water beam and thickness of division material. These two parameters are evaluated and cutted material is also photodocumented.
Study of cutting defects in flame cutting of limit thickness of carbon steel by fiber laser
Králík, Petr ; Hála, Michal (referee) ; Mrňa, Libor (advisor)
This thesis deals with research of cutting defects at laser cutting of 15 mm thick carbon steel by Bystronic fiber laser with emphasis on wide cutting gap, which causes enlargement of wide of cutting gap and deterioration of roughness of cutting edge and increase of creation fo heat. The introduction describes the main types of lasers used for cutting sheet of metal and compare their advantages and disadvantages. Also described is a cutting process and its parameters, and also the possible cutting defects. An experiment was conducted on steels S355MC and S235JR and cutting defects were analyzed in relation to the set of cutting parameters. Next part determines the extent of the recommended parameters that should be chosen for specific cutting conditions and is balanced recommendations regarding the choice of material to be cut, and technological adaptations parts. In the last part is measured roughness of a wide cutting gap, the width of the heat affected zone and micro-hardness of the material.
