The Paradoxical Worlds of F. Scott Fitzgerald

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse the world of F. Scott Fitzgerald's novels This Side of Paradise, Tender is the Night and his unfinished novel The Last Tycoon as the world built on the system of significant contradictions and binary oppositions. This fact causes remarkable tensions in the texts. On the other hand, it proves their complexity. The matter of interpretation is the working of the society as the whole, but also the analysis of characters and their mutual relationships, as well as the concrete features of single characters, which are often built on the oppositions.
Facebooks and the puzzling publishing of the private in teenagers

The main goal of this thesis was to monitor experience of users of social networking websites with privacy issues in the environment of the Facebook network. This thesis concentrated on contexts of paradox situations of releasing private information. Perspectives of communication (what information is shared and with whom) in the environment of Facebook are institutionalised into technical functions. These perspectives were extended to a subject- object level thanks to a typology of invasions of privacy and thanks to architecture of privacy.

Whether talking about the way the whole society works, the immense differences among social classes, the characters, or the tension between attributes of a particular character. Therefore, the goal of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the world of this novel as the world built on paradoxes.
Human relationship as part of a social worker profession

This thesis deals with the form of relationship actors (client and social worker) in social work profession, through the optics of interactive model. Thesis also deals with the role, purpose, important aspects, principles and values of helping relationship with regard to working with postmodern (relational) loss. The critical discussion treats with the possible relationship difficulties and paradoxes, which are viewed by ethical perspective. In all of the formulated relational paradoxes is valid, that the social worker has to think, reflect and be able to have publicly defend his dealing with the client
