The Business Plan for Establishing of Small Company

This diploma thesis deals with the creation of a business plan. This plan is concerned with the startup of an online store which specializes in speakers, headphones and accessories. The thesis explores business plan theory and utilizes the SLEPTE, SWOT and McKinsey 7S analyses complemented by an analysis of my own research. Based on the above mentioned information, the business plan itself is drawn up.

Rent an apartment in Most, and the factors that influence them

The master's thesis deals with market research to determine the amount of the usual rent in Most and assessing factors that act on the rent. For market research are identifies four categories of flats, which are 1+1 and 1+kk, 2+1 and 2+kk, 3+1 and 3+kk, 4+1 and 4+kk and larger. On the basis of the obtained information are made maps which colour-illustrated apartments by price/month/m2.

Design of small table saws

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the design of a small table saw. The first part of this thesis deals with the problematics of the table saws. We can find here described parts of the saw blade, its health & safety and situation on the market. The conclusion of this chapter is de-voted to selections of the design solution. The second chapter is devoted to the computatio-nal documentation. At the end of the thesis there is a visualization of the final solution with description of the individual construction nodes.

Rotary swinging head for excavators of weight category 14,0 to 18.9 t

This thesis deals with the design of a rotary swinging head, which is mounted between the excavator handle and its accessories. Its function is to tilt and rotate with the excavator accessories. The paper describes the most common types of manufactured Rotary swinging heads and their components, including a comparison of competing products. The search part is followed by the calculation part. Based on the calculations, the components from which the 3D model is made are selected. This is followed by the verification of the selected components by calculation. The conclusion of the work is the strength analysis of the selected components. Part of the work is also a drawing documentation of selected assemblies.

The project documentation of mini plant with surveying on car repairing shop including accessories.

Smaller buildings of a small business focused on car repair shop including all facilities must be involved into simple buildings and an authorized person must guarantee their designing and construction. However, as for the planning, it{\crq}s necessary to consider in advance what equipment will be used and then consequential requests on an area size as well as on special needs for handling with vehicle spars and vehicles. Another necessary requests are good working and hygienic conditions for employees of such an enterprise.
