The thesis " Solving conflict in the company ČEBAV s.r.o.“ is focused on the arrival of new young people to have been run company. This is a family company owners, when the employment of one owner's daughter and second son of the owner. By this time the company was, except for small differences, perfectly functional. At the time of the advent of new employees were inconsistencies resulting from poor communication between the families.

Theme: Perception of perspective of rural life in adolescents. Annotation: This bachelor thesis is focused on perception of perspective of rural life in adolescents. Aims and objectives were to find out how young people of the said age group associate their future life with countryside and if they are satisfied living there now. The project is divided into theoretical and practical aspects. The theoretical aspect describes the history, problems of unemployment, differences between living in country and a town and potential perspective of countryside. The practical aspect involves research. The qualitative methodology used was interviews. The result of whole research methodology was that the majority of young people prefer living in the countryside despite negative factors which are shortage of working opportunities and lack of social activities. This preference was due to presence of strong family roots and life being closer to nature. It mainly depends upon personality, will and ambition of an individual. /
