In theory part my main focus is on problem injection use, complication connected with intravenous application, and with reducing risk and harm of this use. I also pay attention to drug low-treshold services. In the practical part is based from data collected using a structured questionnaire among substance users. Here I deal with raising the average number of injections, which is approximately two injection a day, in all types of drugs that have emerged as the primary, namely methamphetamine, subutex, heroin. A study came out, that the obtained estimate consumption injecting material substance users is about 3.5 times higher than the distribution of exchange programs. In conclusion, I discuss the results with possible suggestions that could help improve the quality of addiction services, or importance of other sources of injecting equipment in the form of pharmacy and the importance of their involvement in networks of addiction services.
