Selection of outdoor course objectives

Bachelor thesis deals primarily with the problems of outdoor courses objectives, both in terms of course submitter, and organizations concerned with outdoor courses realization. The thesis consists of two complementary parts: theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part is dedicated to explain the basic concepts of outdoor education, describe the process of selecting a suitable outdoor course and passed course evaluation. The aim of the empirical part is to evaluate the process of selecting targets for outdoor courses demanded by Czech organizations engaged in outdoor training education . Questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview techniques had been used to achieve the thesis goals. Effect of submitters to the form of outdoor management training courses

Summary Title of project: Effect of submitters to the design of outdoor management training courses. Aim of project: We compared the form of outdoor management training, which is described in the literature with images of HRs. We defined how much HRs affect form of outdoor management training courses. Methodology: We used a qualitative research method, specifically literature search in preparation for our project. We decided to incorporate the surfy as a quantitative methods of research. We created the questionnaire specifically for our purposes and we spread it among a random group of HRs. We used both of printed and electronic form. The results of the survey were compared with the facts found in the literature. Results: The results of the work serve to illustrate theories of courses of outdoor management training in the Czech republic. We found that the submitter's requirements of outdoor management training courses are not in accordance with the principles of this corporate training tool. We concluded that the influence of HRs is strong enough to alter the form of courses. Key words: outdoor management training, experiential education, experience, feedback, outdoor course
Project development of outdoor management training

This thesis is introducing the development of outdoor training management which is a more often a part of education trainings in several companies during last Years. Thesis consists of theoretical part composed on specialized literature and practical part. The first part of theoretical thesis which is foundation for empirical part is based on individual steps preparation of outdoor training. Its includes also the communication between supplying company and customer. The second part is compost of analyses which compares three outdoor training offers based of satisfaction questionnaires surveys. The final part of this thesis is focused on important aspects during the supplier selection describing and discovering these aspects. The thesis by it's character outlines instructions for outdoor training preparation.
