Payment Process Automation by Using RPA
Mišková, Lucie ; Vykydal, Filip (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
Master thesis focuses on payment process automatization of selected company XY, which will eliminate repetitive manual work and routine and will lead to shortening of the whole process. To reach this solution RPA – Robotic Process Automation was used. RPA was designed based on data analysis, which showed areas of process best suited for automatization. Part of the thesis is also evaluation of impacts of implemented RPA solution.
Optimizing the Software Development Process
Mates, Vojtěch ; Ing.Jan Kopidol (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
The master thesis is focusing on modelling and optimizing of business processes. The selected group of processes is oriented to software development area. As the result of the analysis, problematic issues of processes are revealed. The optimizing of processes is primary focused on reducing total performance time of processes and related costs.
Development of Process Management Software Support using BPMS
Novotný, Pavel ; Gotvald, Martin (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the process analysis and proposal of the system for process management support. Part of the thesis is the model created using the Enterprise Architect software with process simulation and evaluation of proposed changes. Proposed changes include digitalization, automation and process optimization.
Development of front-end applications
Machynka, Jan ; Souček, Martin (advisor) ; Dvořák, Jan (referee)
The diploma thesis on Development of Front-end Applications focuses on the design of computerization of enterprise processes covered by a unified front-end application. Exploratory research was used to suggest working methods to solve technological growth of the enterprise and how to evaluate business need of a front-end application. Later chapters present basic summary of development methodology used for automation of business processes. The diploma thesis innovatively proposes a role of a front-end specialist who does not need to create a program code and has closer relation to business departments. There are recommend analytical standards and development tools for automation of business processes as well as front-end implementation. Finally the work attaches a model example demonstrating relative simplicity and practical realization of new techniques for front-end application development. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
