Steel hall structure for industrial production
Bém, Miroslav ; Melcher, Jindřich (referee) ; Karmazínová, Marcela (advisor)
The aim of the bachelor thesis is design and assessment of the double aisle steel hall structure for industrial production in Moravské Budějovice. The hall has rectangular ground plan and it is 30m (18 m and 12 m) wide and 56 m long. There is trolley crane inside in the buinding with a lifting capacity of 12,5 tones. The main bearing components are trusses, solid poles, bracings and thin-walled purlins.
Hall for Engineering Production
Slezák, Jaroslav ; Pilgr, Milan (referee) ; Karmazínová, Marcela (advisor)
The aim of the bachelor thesis was to design and assess a steel two-nave hall for engineering production in Rajhrad. The hall has a rectangular plan with a width of 32 m (20 m and 12 m) and a length of 63 m. The total height of the main nave is 13.5 m. One bridge crane with a capacity of 5 t and a span of 19 m runs in the hall. The building is be covered with a gable roof with a pitch of 5 %. The modular spacing of the main trusses is 6 m. The superstructure consists of truss girders, full-wall columns, bracings and full-wall purlins. The RFEM program was used to determine the internal forces on the individual structural elements.
The manufacuring hall in Louny
Jirásek, Marek ; Buchta, Stanislav (referee) ; Šmak, Milan (advisor)
The aim of the bachelor thesis is design and assessment of the factory building in Louny. The hall has rectangular floor plan 68x30m. The supporting structure of the hall is designed as a steel frame with roof truss, purlins and braces for attachment of sheatling.
Steel Structure of a Factory Building
Stehno, Pavel ; Barnat, Jan (referee) ; Štrba, Michal (advisor)
Theme of bachelor's thesis is structural design of industrial building for alluminum products processing. Dimensions of hall are 24 x 30m and 11,15m high. As main material was used steel S355. Main frame of hall is two highed and every frame is connected to each other with girts and purlins. Spatial rigidity of the structure is provided by the frame corners and sway bracings. As equipment of the hall is crane runway, with full length of the contruction. with load capacity of 5t. Structure is designed in compliance with valid standards of ČSN EN. For structural design was used software version RFEM 5.22.01 from company Dlubal.
