Methodology for determining the costs of sanitary installations in lower levels of documentation

The bachelor thesis deals with prices in construction. The aim of the work is to create a methodology for determining the price of internal sanitary installations. The theoretical part describes prices in construction and their creation. The practical part contains a description of the creation of the methodology and a possible procedure for obtaining the prize.
Analysis of budget detail differences depending on the level of documentation

This thesis is dedicated to comparing overall prices as well as the creation of budget indicators in individual phases of documentation for buildings belonging among public orders. The thesis primarily determines fundamental terms and definitions regarding this issue. The creation of a new database for the buildings that is compiled of twenty subjects projected in the last four years is described in the second more detailed part. Objects in this database are indexed by temporal indexes for the sake of future more accurate comparisons and the creation of indicators. The comparison of the objects' prices in different phases of documentation can be found in this part along with two calculated specific budget indicators corresponding to unit price per one cubic meter of building volume and to the price per one meter squared of floor area. The average indicator for informative price based on previous indicators is then created for faster evaluation of similar types of objects in their study phase. Performed research has revealed significant differences between study phase prices and the prices of more detailed phases of documentation that can negatively affect the future of a specific project. The main conclusion of this thesis are average overall unit prices for civil constructions, production and service buildings as well as other specific buildings. In the final part I have created methods of a more accurate calculation for the unit price of buildings in the study phase of documentation.
Pricing of apartment buildings in the pre-investment phase of the project

This Thesis’ focus is on finding an effective method of determining the approximate price of an apartment building in the pre-investment phase of a project. The theoretical part is dedicated to terminology, which is closely relevant to this topic. In terms of the practical part of this Thesis, a segmentation of the construction process was made into construction units. The foundation for the subsequent analysis consists of a database of five apartment buildings and two polyfunctional buildings. Based on the dimensional and pricing analysis of objects from this database, an own budget indicator is developed. This budget indicator is then compared with commercial indicators currently available on the market. The main result of this paper is the establishment of a functional pricing form. This tool could then be used for the purpose of accurately estimating costs for the realisation of a project by a potential investor.

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and comparison of market prices of log buildings in the Czech Republic. Data type houses obtained from individual suppliers of buildings are divided into individual categories and based on these data is created graphical representation of data for better clarity of results and these results are compared with each other and with JKSO for 2023. Prices are divided into prices of gross buildings and buildings on key. These prices are cited for the unit built-up, living, useable (floor) areas and enclosed space.

Determination of carbon footprint in relation to the production unit of the budget indicator

The presented diploma thesis analyses the possibilities of determining the carbon footprint in relation to the production unit of the budget indicator. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the basic concepts associated with the carbon footprint and construction industry. The aim of this thesis is to quantify the carbon footprint of construction process, mainly during the production phase, and to compare the carbon footprint of objects of different production technology. The main output is the determination of an average carbon footprint converted to a unit of the budget indicator.

It can be comparison by the general public point of view to specific problematics, by space enclosed by buildings and its valuation, or by physics parameters of the building like heat transfer, or water vapor difusion. To comparison were selected brick building of civil equipment wich is polyfunctional used and its re-design in the wood based building style by construction system DEKPANEL.

The diploma thesis provides a comparison of market prices of type family houses of the 50 main suppliers of timber buildings in the Czech Republic. The buildings are divided into the certain categories as per list of manufacturers and suppliers of timber buildings 2017. A comparison is made in a format of charts according to the individual categories related to built-up, floor, residential area and enclosed area. Furthermore, a comparison with JKSO for year 2017 is carried out.
