Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a porovnáním tržních cen srubových staveb v České republice. Data typových domů získaných od jednotlivých dodavatelů staveb jsou rozdělena do jednotlivých kategorií a na základě těchto dat je vytvořeno grafické znázornění dat pro lepší přehlednost výsledků a tyto výsledky jsou porovnány mezi sebou a s JKSO pro rok 2023. Ceny jsou rozděleny na ceny hrubé stavby a ceny stavby na klíč. Tyto ceny jsou uváděny za jednotku zastavěné, obytné, užitné (podlahové) plochy a obestavěného prostoru. The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and comparison of market prices of log buildings in the Czech Republic. Data type houses obtained from individual suppliers of buildings are divided into individual categories and based on these data is created graphical representation of data for better clarity of results and these results are compared with each other and with JKSO for 2023. Prices are divided into prices of gross buildings and buildings on key. These prices are cited for the unit built-up, living, useable (floor) areas and enclosed space.
