The importance of association of municipalities for development of the regions

As the main topic this thesis theoretically defines the subject municipality with extended powers and voluntary associations of municipalities for developement of regions. In the practical part i focused on a research inquiry, i analyse results of this inquiry and i consider a practical use in the public area. I try to point out the importance of the strategic management by dint of all needs which mean a long-term planning in relation to methods of managerial work. Another part of my survey is to analyse all technical infrastructure of municioalities in the south moravian district. And i would like to attention to the problems and deficiencies and not only to try fix this things but find out an actual oppurtunities to help these municipalities. Facts in this work can point out the importance of unions for developement of regions.
Planning of material ressources for selected municipalities with extended competence to adress crisis situations in regards to economic measures for crisis situations.

Our master thesis deals with the topic of planning material resources of selected municipalities with operations for solving crisis situations within the economic measures for crisis situations. The aim of the theoretical part of this work is a comprehensive overview of the current legislation in the field of crisis management and economic measures for crisis situations. In this work, we primarily focused on the powers of municipalities with the following powers. In order to develop this work, we looked for the necessary information mainly from electronic sources, which are the most up-to-date for our needs. The work consists in the research and analysis of available professional sources, and methods of descriptive analytical nature were used. In the practical part, we focused on the practice and opinions of crisis managers of selected municipalities with expended powers through a survey. We wondered how the planning of material resources has changed over the years. For this reason, we compared our data with the dissertations of Ing. Roman Urban (2012) and Ing. Aleš Kudlák, Ph.D. (2014). We also focused on planning material resources during the coronavirus pandemic in the Czech Republic. The obtained data are graphically processed. The result of the work is a summary information about crisis management and information about regards to economic measures for crisis situations in the Czech Republic. In the practical part, we found that the planning of material and financial resources mostly corresponds to crisis situations, which municipalities with various competencies were forced to deal with in the past. The current coronavirus epidemic has already been acquired through certain changes in the resource planning of municipalities with the following responsibilities, and certain changes will also occur in crisis management as such.
Regional differentiation of availability and success in tennis in Czechia

The bachelor thesis deals with the accessibility and success rate of tennis in individual municipalities with extended scope in Czechia and finding the connection between these criteria and the level of development of the municipalities. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, first a literature search on the geography of sport was conducted. This was followed by a chapter on the historical development of tennis in the world and in Czechia. Next, trends in tennis, which are very important for the current form of the game, were presented. The typology of, can be described as the key part of regions can be described as the key part of the theoretical part. In the practical part of the thesis, the tennis infrastructure and the performance of tennis players in each municipality was compared with the level of development of the respective municipality. The work is executed with publicly available data managed by the Czech Tennis Association, recalculated per municipality with extended scope and relativized to the population. Cost of public administration of selected municipalities with extended powers

This work is devoted to comparing the reported values of municipalities with extended competence for the years 2010 to 2015 in the South Bohemian Region and the Vysočina Region. It includes the characteristics of both regions, it focuses on the development trend of expenditure and income components from general public administration and services, including year-on-year comparison. The thesis aims at recognizing high-cost cities with simultaneous spatial assessment. The municipal budgets were used as the main source of data for work.
Local Self-Government Authorities

Municipalities are basic territorial units which manage its finances and assets. The state can control their activities if it is only required by law. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to comprehensively and clearly describe responsibilities of the local self-government authorities, accountability of elected representatives and political officials. At the same time, the power of the community with tended powers is compared with the community with the designated authority. The practical research is based on definitions of local self-government means, its historical development, further territorial - administrative division, and main local self-government authorities. This part consists of powers of communities and their functions, as well. A questionnaire is used for the practical research. It compares groups of municipalities with delegate and separates powers of community and finds out the differences between them. The results of the research show if the scope of delegate power is sufficient or not.

BRUŠTÍKOVÁ, A. Study of the development of municipalities in the South Moravian region, Bachelor thesis. Brno: FRDIS in Brno, 2014. The main goal of my Bachelor thesis is to describe development of South Moravian region on the basis of questionnaire surveys which took place in years 2002 and 2012. These surveys were created by departments of county council of South Moravian region and it was sent to all municipalities. The first-theoretical part of my thesis consists of definition of regional development as a whole, then regions, history, describing of strategic documents and indicators and possibilities of measurement of regional development. The second part-practical describes results of surveys and on the basis of it a degree of development is evaluated which had occurred during these ten years (2002-2012).
Labour Market Requirements in the Area Local Public Administration

This bachelor thesis deals with the area of labor market in local public administration in a choses region - Vysočina. In the first part, the labor market is characterised, both as a general term and also as a specific field in public administration. The following part is about competences on the labor market, according to which the job position requierements are specified. Then, there are information about structure of local public administration with focus on extended municipality powers. The practical part of the thesis deals with managerial positions in public administration. I analyzed their requirements and numbers of vacancies in municipalities with extended powers in the Vysočina region.
