Belt conveyor for foundry sand

This bachelor thesis deals with the suggestion of the conveyor belt for the transport of the foundry sand with a delivery capacity of 58 000 kg/hr, transport length of 41 meters and transport height of 12,6 meters. The bachelor thesis includes the delivery description of the components of the conveyor belt, functional calculation according to the standard of ČSN ISO 5048, determination of the main sizes, suggestion of the propulsion and the conveyor belt. Strength calculation of the shaft of returnable cylinder, controls of the tension bolt for the pulling and imprinting in the thread are conducted. The bachelor thesis contains the drawing documentation in accordance with the assignment that is attached.

My thesis aims to design a conveyor belt for foundry sand according to defined specifications. The description and classification of conveyor belts as well as specifications of foundry sand are included in thesis introduction. The thesis primarily describes the selected individual parts, structural design and the functional calculation according to the standard CSN ISO 5048. Drawings form a part of the thesis.
Belt conveyor for food corn

The aim of this thesis is to design an angled belt conveyor for transportation of food porn with the capacity of 85,000 kg per hour and axial distance between the drums at both ends of 23 meters and height difference of 5 meters. The thesis includes brief descriptions of individual parts of the conveyor, functional calculation, which is performed according to the current standard ISO 5048, determination of basic dimensions, design of the drive and tensioning device of the conveyor. The stress analysis of the driven drum has been carried out as well as a numerical buckling test for the bolts of the tensioning device. In its final part, the thesis contains an analysis of the characteristics of transported material. The thesis is accompanied by all the necessary technical drawings.

This thesis describes the design of a belt conveyor for transport quartz sand. The aim of this work is the calculation of a conveyor belt conveyor belt according to the specified values. Transport capacity 85,000 kg h-1, the specified center distance dunes 49 meters difference in altitude of 9.5 meters. The work includes functional calculation carried out according to ISO 5048, 1994, identifying the main dimensions and design of the actuator. We also design the tensioning device and stress analysis of shaft tensioning drum. Further drawings as required.

This bachelor thesis deals with the belt conveyor for the transport of recycled aggregate in an oblique direction. The aim is to find constructional solutions to the belt conveyor for the assigned transport capacity of 95 000 kg per hour, and the assigned axial distance of 49 m and different height of 12 m. The thesis contains a brief description of the belt conveyor and a description of basic constructional components. It also contains a functional calculation of the capacity and forces according to the norm ČSN ISO 5048, a determination of main proportions of the belt conveyor, a conception and a design of the drive and of the tension system of the conveyor and a tensile strength calculation of some selected parts of the conveyor. The thesis is accompanied by the necessary technical drawings.

The purpose of this bachelor´s thesis is design construction of conveyor, which will transport preprocessing (cutting) scrap metal. The conveyor will reach to capacity 18 tonnes per hour and material will be transported to height 2,2 metres. This height is sufficient for transporting scrap into waste container.The work is especially focused on design of particular components, calculations of main dimensions, functional calculations and strenght calculations. Attainment of this work is posibility construction of conveyor, by task.

This work contains functional calculation according to the norm ČSN ISO 5048 and determination of main proportions of the belt conveyer, proposal of conveyer traction, strenght calculation of driven shift.
