Social Business of NGOs

The subject of the thesis is the proposal of the work integration social enterprise (WISE) of NGO SOS Children's villages. Proposal shall take form of a business plan and is based on the needs of the Association to reduce its financial dependence on an external sources of funding. A business plan is a proposal of the concrete WISE which fulfils the function of an alternative financing instrument for the main activities of the Association. The thesis uses the method of SWOT analysis to group and evaluate the available information from the external and internal environment of the WISE as well as uses tools of economic and financial analysis to determine the tipping point and the financial needs for the operation of social enterprise in the first three years of operation. The thesis brings new results and knowledge and proposes a recommendation of how the social enterprise could be realized.

My bachelor thesis describes a history of the European Union Development Policy. It shows a development of the policy from the beginning of formation of the integration to the current situation. It concerns the topic of funding. It involves five states of the European Union which play a key role in funding of Official Development Assistance. The thesis analyses how these donors affect the development aid. Finally, two programs (European and American) focusing on the issue of food security are evaluated.
Possibilities of Activity Financing International Trade in Czech Companies

The main objective of the work are analysis and valuing of using individual resources of financing the international trade in the Czech enterprises at representative cases. The partial objective are the analysis of risks in connection with that and possibilities of elimination of the risks. These risks follow from the specific methods and implements that are used at financing the international commerce. Not last, it will follow the mapping of possibilities of financial and insuring implements of state support of export and practical using of these implements in enterprises.
