The master thesis devotes to value of external works by cost method and simplified manner in Nový Jičín. The theoretical part describes a terminology of real estates, value and worth of affair. The main purpose is to value of external works and describe relevant methods. The practical part includes both methods which conduce to value external works and compare both methods in time and figures of external works for purpose how to assess the official price.
Price Comparison of an Apartment Building in Cadastral Area of Brno - Černovice According to the Valid Valuation Regulations

The valuation of real estate is a process that is carried out to determine the normal or administrative prices of real estate. The first part of the work discusses the basic concepts in the valuation of real estate, building understanding of the problem. It describes the methods of valuation in accordance with Act No. 151/1997 Coll., on the valuation of assets and its implementing rules in the current text, this is the cost method, earning method and their combinations, and valuation of an apartment building by comparison method of each apartment. In the next chapter, these methods are used for the valuation of the apartment building in Brno - Cernovice. The output of this valuation is the price established by combining the cost and earning method and price of the apartment building determined by the price sum of apartments from the comparison method. In the conclusion of this work there is a comparation of this prices and rating their difference.
Comparison of Selected Methods of Valuation of Garage-type Real Estate in the Locality of Písek and its Surroundings

The introductory part of the thesis deals with the overall issue of valuation, explaining the basic concepts that are necessary for the valuation. Then followed the analysis of market with the real estates and characteristic description of the specified location. For the purposes of the valuation was selected 10 real estates of type garage, which are valued at cost and comparative manner according to the announcement and comparative manner with the database. The real estates were selected around the city Protivin. A local investigation was carried out and the documentation was made for the each garage. The acquired data are evaluated and the result describes the effect of the location on the price of the property.
Comparison of Selected Methods of Valuation of Garage-type Real Estate in the Locality of České Budějovice

This thesis compares the selected type of property valuation methods in the garage area of the Czech Budejovice. Selected garages were awarded cost method, comparative method and comparison method from the database. At the beginning of the thesis describes the basic concepts of real estate valuation. The following describes the operators occurring in the real estate market, a general description of the garage. To conclude the theoretical part describes selected methods of evaluation of existing garage, according to the rules and regulations according to previous regulations. For the purpose of this thesis was awarded with 10 garages, of which 8 are terraced and 2 detached. Learning rates are compared and statistically analyzed.
Compare prices for ornamental plants found cost and simplified way with different characteristic type of vegetation

The aim of this diploma thesis is to compare prices of ornamental plants founded by simplified and cost method of valuation. Comparison was made on a sample of garden situated in the functional unit with a terraced house and the land built over by this building. Based on the obtained results the influence of different location and age of the trees on their price is evaluated. The thesis also defines basic terms and explains issues which are closely related with valuation of ornamental plants.

This master thesis contains theoretical and practical knowledge of real estate valuation with main focus to row garage in towns: Uherské Hradiště and Uherský Brod. In each location is selected 5 real estates. First, the locations, concepts and theoretical concepts are characterized with each of the type valuation. Method of Valuation is set to cost type, comparison by decree and comparsion from database. Based on the data obtained are evaluated differences at the end of work and their causes between given methods of valuation.

Updates the calculation of volume fractions at the valuation of construction with cost method in conformity with valuation decree

This thesis is mainly focused on comparing the volume of shares ( share price ) according to the valuation of Decree No. 3/2008 Coll . with realistic pricing structures shares (focusing mainly on houses ), especially with regard to the influence of the floor structures and equipment , which is the number of floors does not change or changes only slightly (foundations, roofing, roofing , doors). Draft criteria which should be considered superior design and when they should be valued at cost using the design calculation as specified . The focus of the work is in Chapter 6 , where the budget is drawn up for each particular house floors. Number of floors is subsequently increased up to eight and is an analysis of the price curve of the shares of structures and equipment. Attached is a visual graphical representation . My work will serve to optimize the methodology for determining the volume fractions of structures and equipment construction cost valuation method .
