The bachelor thesis deals with the selection of suitable economic software for a tax office. Based on theoretical foundations, three accounting software packages are subjected to analysis using the multi-criteria decision-making method. The practical part compares several criteria that the company has identified as important. Considering the current situation in the business, the most suitable of the evaluated programs is recommended for the tax office.

Market analysis of ERP systems suitable for small or medium sized businesses

Main goal of this thesis is to compare three ERP systems, that are suitable for small or medium-sized businesses. To reach this goal, several criteria will be set and according to them, three ERP systems will be chosen from what is being offered on Czech ERP market. After that, the three chosen systems will be compared, using another set of criteria. Theoretical part, that will explain the meaning of ERP, describe it's history and functionality, will also be a part of this thesis. Final part of this thesis will be a comment on strengths and weaknesses of each system, compared to it's market rivals.
Evaluation of biometric data and theire usage in authentication system

The goal of this thesis is to introduce the main aspects of biometry, explain particular methods of biometric analysis and determine suitable methods for using in particular authentication system by multicriterial analysis. Our criteria for method analysis are: uniqueness, universality, public acceptability and policy consideration, resistence of fraud, accuracy, speed of comparison, template storage requirements, constancy of human biometric characters. The thesis deals with the effective using of biometric characters in particular authentication system appropriate to requirements for these systems.

Hlavním cílem této práce je, na základě sumarizace všech informací o současných biometrických systémech, které jsou relevantní pro jejich vzájemné porovnání, sestavit univerzální metodiku, kterou by bylo možno použít ke klasifikaci těchto technologií a zároveň k výběru nejvhodnější biometriky pro nasazení v libovolném prostředí. Vytvořená metodologie bude následně použita na dvou příkladech z reálného světa ? analýzu stávajícího systému pracujícího na základě ID karet v malé společnosti a následně na konceptu nasazení těchto technologií na VŠE Praha, jakožto náhrady současného systému čipových karet. Část práce také tvoří příklady výběru dle této metodiky pro modelové provozy.
