A design of single-purpose saw
Rakhmatullin, Artem ; Štěpánek, Vojtěch (referee) ; Tůma, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the design of a single-purpose saw for cutting grooves on aluminum profiles. The work includes the examination of different types of saws, the examination of various design alternatives, the identification and selection of the most advantageous variant, the subsequent creation of a detailed design based on the chosen solution and a comprehensive evaluation of the resulting design. The desired result is a saw design that prioritizes factors such as ergonomic comfort, safety, precision and operational efficiency, ensuring a complete and efficient solution.
Use of Multi-criteria Analysis for Evaluation Cableway Project Efficiency
Kotrla, Jakub ; Vaňková, Lucie (referee) ; Korytárová, Jana (advisor)
This thesis investigates the cableway project in the city of Vsetín. The theoretical part is describing the city, it’s demographic trends and also changes in the image of the city. The practical part is dealing with the abovementioned cableway project and is divided into several parts. The introduction is focused on a multi-criteria assessment of particular options of the cableway and fallowing a multi-criteria assessment of transport services in the housing development Sychrov. The multi-criteria assessment is carried out by some of variant calculations in order to specify the importance of criteria, weighting for criterion and calculation methods. This is followed by an assessment of the efficiency of transport links by the Cost Benefit Analysis – CBA method. This method is aimed to determine the most effective way of passenger traffic and to recommend an optimal option in consideration of not only incomes but also costs and contribution to beneficiaries, which are an important part of public projects.
Raw material planning processes
Miterko, Ondřej ; Smékal, Tomáš (referee) ; Juřica, Pavel (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the analysis and design of the planning process in the company John Crane a.s. in Lutín. In the introductory theoretical part, the author describes the theoretical basis for the elaboration of a detailed analysis of the planning process, as well as for the creation of a design and implementation plan for a new solution. In the analytical part, the author describes the current situation in the company, then through multicriteria analysis compares specific planning processes and tries to reveal their weaknesses and opportunities for improvement. In the design part, the author describes the new planning process and uses the project to create a plan for its implementation in the company.
Intersection I/35 and Nádražní street in Litomyšl city
Šeda, Matěj ; Matys, Pavel (referee) ; Všetečka, Martin (advisor)
Thesis subject is a reconstitution of current overloaded roundabout. There are compared two options by multicriteria analysis, spiral roundabout and luminous controlled transverse crossing. The selected spiral roundabout is developed in greater detail. There are designed foot-paths, pedestrian underpass and footbridges over the river. Vehicles will be rectified by horizontal road markings and the center dividing island of the roundabout. There was measured actual traffic flow intensity. Reviews of current and perspective intensity for current and newly designed state are part of the thesis.
Design of a sawing machine for profiles of the aluminum profile system
Juřicová, Vendula ; Bradáč, František (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This diploma thesies is focused on design of a sawing machine for profiles of the aluminium profile system. In the beginning the basic types of sawing maschines are described, followed by the analysis of alternative solutions, selecting the best option, design of the final solution and evaluation. The resulting solution should be ergonomically acceptable, safe, affordable and efficient.
Exhausting devices used for multi purpose machining head
Bajza, Stanislav ; Učeň, Oldřich (referee) ; Novotný, Lubomír (advisor)
This thesis deals with a design of exhaust mechanism used for a machine tool made by TOSHULIN a.s. The device itself is designed to extract dangerous dust that is produced while machining composite materials out of machine workspace. The main task lies in the design of kinematic scheme for tubing from filtration unit to the front of the ram without compromising the abilities and workspace of the machine. Following that it deals with the design of the end-nozzle used to seal the workspace around the workpiece.
Optimalization construction tube lifter of spinner machine
Jeník, Jan ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The first part of this thesis describes the current technologies of mechanical spin-ning. This is a ring, rotor and air-jet spinning. The product of spinning machines is yarn, the basic material for production textile. The next section describes in detail the current state of the node manipulator lifter tube on spinning machine TORNADO J20, by concern RIETER. It describes the structure, kinematics, duty cycle and requirements for the manipulator. The following optimization options which are described more options for solutions of individual functions of the manipulator, on the end is selected by multi-criteria analysis. The best solution that is elaborate in the next section. The author has created 3-D model optimized lifter tube. Positioning mechanism maintains the current kinematics, it is very similar. But gripper was designed as a passive, thus reduce the load positioning mechanism. Optimization was performed primarily to reduce overall production costs and to reduce weight manipulator. The conclusion is a comparison of current and new solutions. There are also eco-nomic recovery to.
Development of board materials based on secondary raw materials with a good ratio of thermal insulation and mechanical properties
Szotkowská, Michaela ; Sedlmajer, Martin (referee) ; Zach, Jiří (advisor)
This diploma thesis focuses on the development of board materials based on secondary raw materials. The theoretical part outlines secondary raw materials and their further usage. In addition, the theoretical part deals with a description of protective panels with a focus on underlying profiles and requirements for protective panels in terms of thermal protection of buildings. At the end of the theoretical part, a multicriteria analysis and a method of assessing the impact of the products on the environment using LCA / EPD is described. The practical part describes input raw materials from various industries, test samples, their tests, and subsequent evaluation of required properties. Using the multi-criteria analysis, a board material with a favorable ratio between mechanical and thermal insulation properties was selected for the production of the base profile. Furthermore, the practical part deals with the production of the underlying profile, its testing, determining its competitiveness in the market, and a simplified description of its impact on the environment.
Design of a multi-tasking machine tool
Macek, Robin ; Marek, Jiří (referee) ; Hermanský, Dominik (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the design of a selected structural part of multi-tasking machine tool. The solved construction part is the design of a turning table with the possibility of positioning with specified parameters. The research part is focused on CNC machine tools, multi-tasking machine tools and individual parts of turning tables with possible positioning. In a design part, the design of design variants of possible solutions is made and the choice of the design solution is made with the help of multicriteria analysis. Subsequently, the selected design solution is processed with the help of the necessary technical calculations. The result of the work is then a 3D model and the required drawing documentation.
Experimental Research in the Field of Glue Laminated Elements on the Basis of Climate Tolerant Deciduous Trees
Šuhajdová, Eva ; Straka,, Bohumil (referee) ; Kanocz,, Jan (referee) ; Pěnčík, Jan (advisor)
This Doctoral thesis is focused on research of usability hardwood that is not used in structural engineering nowadays. Analysis of known hardwood properties and its verification by experiment was made. Mathematic analysis using the PROMETHEE method was used for most suitable hardwood species selection in the Central Europe conditions. The most suitable hardwood – beech – was subjected for further tests: finger-joint load bearing capacity experiment and beech homogenous and hybrid glulam experiment. The test results are compared with the values from professional literature.
