Design of automatic lawnmower
Rytíř, Jan ; Chorý, Tomáš (referee) ; Zvonek, Miroslav (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is the design of an automatic lawn mower. The design solution is based on innovative concept respecting all technical, ergonomical, aesthetical and ecological demands. A research study, including a historical, technical and design analysis of lawn mower, is preceding the description of main creative part of design process starting from the concept development and ending up with the final solution. A conclusion of the thesis presents an analysis of final solution, its character, contribution to the human society and the particular role of industial design in automatic lawn mower concept.
Design of Remote Controlled Slope Mower
Zvarík, Lukáš ; Chorý, Tomáš (referee) ; Sládek, Josef (advisor)
The work deals with comprehensive design concept of a remote controlled slope mower in direct relation to the proposed technological solution. Product has been designed in order to take (capture) its place in the current, young market of commercialy used slope mowers. Main goal of this work is to create an advanced shape solution with high-end technical specifications, based on a suitable undercarriage concept.
Vliv vápnění a způsobu sklizně travních porostů na fyzikální a hydrofyzikální vlastnosti pseudogleje
Mikulenčák, Štěpán
This thesis evaluates impacts of liming, mulching and mowing grassland on soil physical and hydrophysical properties, in my case from pseudogley, which was at the site of experiment. There were used a soil samples for the analysis which were got from experiment site in years 2013, 2015 and 2016 everytime in October in depth 5-10 cm. There were analyzed the broken soil samples and these attributes were determined: organic carbon, active acidity and exchange acidity. From compact soil samples were determined different attributes, such as dry bulk density, total porosity, volume non-capillary porosity, water holding capacity, moisture and minimal air capacity. The results of the analyses were statistical evaluated and evaluation did not determine conclusive effect of liming treatment (1,8 t.ha-1 CaO) on most of the observed soil properties. Otherwise, mulching influenced most of the attributes in the positive way. Compare to mowing, the biggest inconvenience caused only the pH decreasing.
Vliv melioračního vápnění a způsobu sklizně trvalých travních porostů na fyzikální a hydrofyzikální vlastnosti půdního typu pseudoglej.
Mikulenčák, Štěpán
Soil acidification associated with natural processes and neglect of maintenance liming has a negative impact not only on grassland productivity, but also on the soil's physical properties. Together with different methods of harvesting permanent grassland, the effects of amelioration liming on these properties were investigated. In a two-year experiment, changes in the values of physical and hydrophysical parameters were evaluated. These were determined from the sampling of soil samples in three periods (spring, summer, autumn). As a result, a positive effect of the application of dolomitic limestone at the dose of 3 t.ha-1 was found out to be increasing the soil reaction, reducing the bulk density, increasing the non-capillary porosity and increasing the minimum air capacity. In addition to the more stable structure, differences were observed among grassland management only in partial results. For example in non-limed variants was discovered the decrease of pH or increase in bulk density which was reduced as a result of mulching. There was as well confirmed positive effect of mulching on the increase of oxidizable carbon content or bulk density reduction.
Mulčování jako alternativa údržby trávníků
Švecová, Veronika
The thesis is about mulching as an option of a lawn maintenace. At first the lawn was introduced as an ecosystem, the composition was described, and also its maintenance. After this summary the thesis started to describe the mulching. It was described what exactly the mulching is and what we know about it, which machines we use and why the mulching is advantageous. The next thing is economic assessment and development in machines maintaining the lawns. This was introduced on the specific firm which occupies the green vegetation. According to these results we can deduce that the mulching has a lot of advantages. We suppose, it will be wanted a lot as a lawn maintance.
Hodnocení vitality travních porostů v městském parku Koliště
Vrbová, Denisa
During the vegetation period of 2018, grass areas in the Koliště Municipal Park in Brno were monitored in order to verify the effect of the selected maintenance management on their condition. Two experimental habitats were selected in the park according to the type of maintenance, namely mulched grass and mowed with harvesting. The data and results show that mulching has a positive effect on grassland quality. The unsuitable height of mowing in the mowed grass was negatively affected by the appearance and health of the grass area.
Vliv způsobu ošetřování ozelenění ve vinici na kvalitu hroznů
Guldan, Aleš
The growing and the development of the grapevine and also the quality of the grapes are depended on the a lot of the factors. One of them is the management of the greenery. The modern viticulture trends see the vineyard as one integrated ecosystem, they bring the solutions for the supporting of the constantly maintainable development of the viticulture. For the greenery is important the suitable type of the greenery, the structure of the herbaceous mix and the management of the growing too. The correct greenery brings more positives than negatives. As a key positive factors we can see the crumbled soil structure, the increasing of the content of humus in the soil, improving the physical properties of the soil, restoring self-adjusting and biochemical processes in the soil, promoting biodiversity habitat, reducing the risk of erosion and ultimately allows movement of the agriculture machines under less favorable conditions. The experiments in the area of the village Diváky, done in 2013 and in 2015, showed the influence of the method of treatment greenery on the final quality of the grapes and musts. Method of treating the greenery is not the only factor that affects the growth and development of the grapes (weather, nutrition, variety, pressure of diseases and pests). In addition, suitable greening brings the above mentioned positives, which help fight pests, creates better conditions for growth and support the natural processes on the location.
Effect of management on the diversity and establishment of plants in the Giant Mountains
Trejbalová, Lenka ; Krahulec, František (advisor) ; Březina, Stanislav (referee)
Meadows, as an integral part of the Giant Mountains, depend on regular management, without it they can get degraded. The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the impact of different types of management (mulching, mowing with or without fertilization) on change in coverage, biomass and establishment of plants. The experiment took place in years 1997-2011 on the site called Sněžné Domky in Giant Mountains on 3 sites which differ in humidity and trophy. The effect of management on vegetation change was statistically conclusive. Mulching was preffered the most by Geranium sylvaticum, mulching and fertilization was preffered especially by these species: Holcus mollis, Alopecurus pratensis and Crepis conyzifolia. Mulching and no fertilization: Achillea millefolium. Avenella flexuosa preferred particularly mowing. Mowing and fertilization was preffered by Festuca rubra, Luzula luzuloides, Anthoxanthum odoratum, Agrostis capillaris, Veronica officinalis and Hieracium lachenalii. Mowing without fertilizazion was preffered by Potentilla erecta. The effect of management on the amount of biomass appeared statistically inconclusive (except for amount of old biomass). Biomass is more correlated by the weather and the trophy of the site than the type of management. The effect of management on establishment of plant...
Construction modifications mulchers with vertical axis rotation
Nikl, Filip ; Novák, Petr (advisor) ; Mašek, Jiří (referee)
The aims of this work is to create an overview of knowledge in the field of energy performance mulching using contemporary Czech and foreign literature. Chapter "Mulching and Mulchers" describes the different types of mulchers, theoretical principle of their function and possible ways of use. The section "Methodology" deals during the construction of the model shredder and preparing for measuring electric load. The actual measurement results are reported in the chapter "Measurements", their evaluation is completed in "Discussion". Work is completed at the end.
