Employee Motivation and Possibilities of its Influencing

The thesis discusses the importance of motivation and possibilities of its increasing on knowledge-based motivational profile of employees. In the first, theoretical part, there are provided the basis of motivation, definitions and basic concepts. The second part analyzes the current state of the work, methods of motivation and motivational profiles of workers. The following section, based on findings from previous parts, presents the draft measures increasing work motivation.

The goal of the graduation thesis: “Motivation and stimulation of enterpriser” is to examine motivation of enterprisers program in a concrete company and to create a suggestion that will improve it. The thesis is divided into two parts. First of them is concentrated on determination of elementary terms, development of a motivation theories and influence of a motivation on a job performance. The second part describes, examines and analyses e situation in a concrete company. The inquiry is realized through the use of questionnaire. There are given suggestions to improve motivation of enterprisers in the last part.
Motivational system and its influence on work performance

The quality of employees is the most important criterion for the success of any company. However, to allow people to exploit their potential, it is necessary to motivate them. Motivation in the workplace essentially determines the quality of work. Globally successful companies devote more resources and efforts to improving their motivational system. Therefore the objective of this diploma thesis is the analysis of the performance of employees in connection with their motivation. The objective is also the research of the motivational system and the different forms of stimulation in the chosen company including the analysis of corporate culture. This research survey required a study of basic theoretical concepts related with working performance, motivating employees to better perform at the workplace, using appropriate stimulus means, interpersonal relations in the workplace and corporate culture. The performance of employees in connection with their motivation was analysed by using statistical methods (Pearson's correlation coefficient and Student's paired t-test) and by using labor productivity in comparison with the average wage. Motivation at the workplace was examined through a observation, interviews and a structured questionnaire with taking into account motivational profiles of employees. Corporate culture was analyzed through a system of symbols and test VSM and TBSD. Based on the data and its analysis, problem areas were defined and appropriate recommendations were made. These recommendations should contribute to the improvement of motivation, followed by greater work efficiency in the company.
Employee motivation and satisfaction in production company

The main subject of the thesis is employee motivation and satisfaction. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the employee motivation and work satisfaction of a production company, identify areas of dissatisfaction and provide recommendations for future improvements. The study also aims to emphasize the relationship between employee motivation and work satisfaction and the level of their performance, loyalty, absenteeism, fluctuation as well as the correllation between employee motivation and satisfaction and the overall organizational performance. A brief introduction is followed by the theoretical framework of the thesis which includes such concepts as motivation, stimulation, work motivation, job satisfaction or motivation profile, explains and focuses on basic theories of motivation and factors of employee satisfaction. The empirical part of the thesis introduces the human resources management in the production company and the questionnaire investigation conducted among the employees of the production company. The questionnaire icludes parts where the questions about satisfaction of the employee with the selected factors influencing employee motivation and satisfaction were asked. This section also includes conclusions and recommendations for future employee motivation and satisfaction improvements.
Employee motivation of a chosen company

The main topic of my bachelor work "Employee motivation of a chosen company" is an analysis of motivation and satisfaction of employees and subsequently formulation of a proposal for improvement of these issues. My paper is divided into two parts. The theoretical part summarizes basic knowledge of motivation, work contentment and remuneration of employees. In the practical part, a company XYZ a.s. is introduced, where an inquiry into surveyed topic was carried out through questionnaires. In the conclusion there is a summary of findings and also suggestions how to improve motivation of employees and their satisfaction with benefits offered by the company.

Interpersonal Influences in the Working Process

Subject of the bachelor thesis is an area of interpersonal influences in the working process. In the first part I am focusing at basic theoretical principles, definitions and concepts related with motivating of employees to better performance at the workplace and using of appropriate stimulus means. The bachelor thesis also closely focuses at interpersonal relationships at the workplace. Second part begins with introduction of the company in which I was doing my research. Using a structured questionnaire I examined interpersonal relationships at the workplace with taking into account motivational profiles of employees in the company. In the third part, there is a summary and evaluation of research results in the company. Based on the data and their analysis, problem areas are defined and appropriate recommendations are made. These recommendations should contribute to the improvement of relations, followed by greater work efficiency in the company.

A sub-goal is to assess the impact of these systems for the creation of internal change and evaluation of corporate culture. The thesis includes a survey focusing on internal climate with a closer focus on the communication and motivation.
