Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou systémů komunikace a motivace ve vybraném podnikatelském subjektu. Cílem diplomové práce s názvem: Komunikace a tvorba motivačního vnitropodnikového klimatu, je analýza vnitropodnikového klimatu ve vybraném podnikatelském subjektu se zaměřením na systémy motivace a komunikace. Dílčím cílem práce je posouzení vlivu těchto systémů na tvorbu vnitropodnikového klimatu a vyhodnocení podnikové kultury společnosti. Součástí diplomové práce je dotazníkové šetření zaměřené na vnitropodnikové klima s bližším zaměřením na systémy komunikace a motivace. This thesis deals with the analysis of systems of communication and motivation in a particular business entity. The aim of the thesis entitled: communication and motivation of internal change, the analysis of internal climate in a particular business entity with a focus on motivation and communication systems. A sub-goal is to assess the impact of these systems for the creation of internal change and evaluation of corporate culture. The thesis includes a survey focusing on internal climate with a closer focus on the communication and motivation.
