Assembly workplace optimizationwith emphasis on ergonomy and loss minimization

This diploma thesis describes optimization of assembly working place of cylinder locks brand FAB company ASSA ABLOY Rychnov, s.r.o. Theoretical part deals with universal process for designing manufacturing systems and for description of selected analytical and engineered methods and ergonomics .The practical part shows evaluation of current situation and create new time standards. in accordance with are designed 3 variants of the solution for lay out working place. For each variant is created simulation model, which is explore especially working load and automatic filling machine. The various options are compared by weight valuation and the most optimal is determined by maximal work in process and optimal warehouse supply of input components.
Construction Project for Implementation of Industrial Hall for Automotive Industry

This diploma thesis deals with construction technology project of a newly-built automotive industrial hall on the complex Hauk – Police nad Metují. The aim of the main construction object is to build a double aisle steel hall for industrial purposes including maisonette built-in which will become social and technical facility for prospective workers. The main construction facility is complemented by secondary structures, creating functional complex for required purposes. The thesis is focused on implementation of the main load-bearing prefabricated steel structure and cladding made of selected system. An integral part of the thesis include main technology phases realization study of the main construction object, a technological prescription filled-in with assembly drawings, a design of machine assembly including dealing with its transportation, a site equipment project, time schedules, a budget, a test and inspection plan and a security measures design for selected risks. The thesis is suplemented by a specialized section dealing with the heating of reinforced landscaping.
Implementation of Registred Office of Company POLNA corp. s.r.o. in Třinec

This master´s thesis deals with construction-technological project of administrative-production and storage complex in Třinec - Oldřichovice. It´s a new building of the main building, consisting of a two-storey administrative building and a one-storey storage hall, which is complemented by other sub-objects. The master´s thesis solves the realization of the building as a complex whole and in more detail focuses on vertical and horizontal supporting structures, made of steel elements and steel-concrete ceiling structure. An integral part of the project include studies of the realization of the main technological stages of the main building, technological regulations, complemented by assembly schemes, solution of transport routes and proposal of machine assemblies, site equipment design, time schedules, budgets, inspection and test plans and proposal of security measures for selected risks. The work is further supplemented by a specialized area that prepares the design and execution of intra-areal reinforced communications.

Design of automation of assembly line operation for Dynamic assembly part of piston compressor

The topic of this master’s thesis is the design of automation assembly station for the completion of part of KC88 compressor in Valeo company. The thesis contains the study of the existing conditions of the old station with operator, measure times and process flow. Based on the findings, the aim is to propose the best solution of workplace arrangement and to design construction solution of the main parts of the automatic assembly station. The result of this thesis is the design of the automatic station with a robot, transport systems, evaluation in terms of return investment and saving process time. The thesis also includes partial drawings and 3D documentation.

Also reflects on the suitable concept of solving of this process and refers to its positives, negatives and requirements of practical application. The purpose is the effectiveness and innovation of the process of production.
Implementation of production hall gross superstructure

Writing of this bachelor thesis was stimulated by the construction of a new production hall in my hometown. It had been a long time since a similar project was dealt with in this town, and therefore it aroused my interest. The bachelor thesis includes the description and technical documentation for the construction of the reinforced concrete building frame of the production hall of the M&T company in Dobruška. The aim of this thesis is to solve the method and potential problems of the construction. I focused on the ceiling of the administrative part of the building. Contrary to the original technical documentation, I suggested cheaper and more time-saving solution of the ceiling: using the prestressed hollow core slab SPIROLL instead of the reinforced concrete composite floor slab FILIGRAN and concreting of the ceiling. I suggested this solution on the basis of my personal experience with the implementation of various types of the ceiling, and the subsequent analysis of their advantages and disadvantages. My suggested solution of the ceiling caused the reduction of this stage’s costs by 13% and the time reduction by 71% of working time. The other aim of this thesis was to solve the problems with the excessive and oversize transportation of the reinforced concrete roof trusses. In the end, these transportation problems together with the financial aspects resulted in the revision of the original technical documentation. The investor decided for the less demanding solution of the construction and for the shorter span of the hall. As for the concreting machinery, I suggested to use the machines (mixer truck and mobile concrete pump) from the nearby concrete plant to reduce the total transportation costs. The main contribution of the bachelor thesis is acquaintance with the construction of the reinforced concrete building frame and with practical verification and comparison of two different solutions of one construction with respect to the financial and time investments
Mathematical algorithm of telescope control by using dobsonian mount

This thesis is an analysis of the relationship between the position of the azimuthal telescope assembly and the position of the object in the sky, assuming that the position of the object in the sky is described right ascension and declination. There is also an analysis of the telescope resolution. For this purpose has created a simple program (attached to this thesis) to compute the diffraction patterns in the focal plane from point star. From motion of telescope tracing observed object are also expressed the necessary torque and power generated by controlled drives on mount.
Bolt Tower Dolní Vítkovice - construction technology project

The diploma thesis is dealing with selected parts of construction technology project of extension Vysoká pec no. 1 in Ostrava – Vítkovice. This thesis contains detailed elaboration of technological specifications for the construction of structural steel superstructure. For this phase is treated with a draft of mechanical report, inspection and test plan, dealing with traffic routes and itemized budget. There is also processed a proposal of building equipment which is the same for the entire implementation extension of Vysoká pec, a situation of building equipment, technical report of the object, the timetable for the entire project, ecology, health and safety.
