Another part of the diploma thesis are time and economic plans, concept of site equipment, study of main technological phase realization and block plan drawing. Item budget, OHSAS, operational procedur for manufacture of RC cast-in-place floor slabs and assigned drawings were done within another task.
Monolithic reinforced concrete detached house
Oplíštil, Jakub ; Kovářová, Hana (referee) ; Sobotka, Jindřich (advisor)
The intention of Bachelor thesis is new building of monolithic house in the village Majlant. It is a detached building with two floors and a flat roof. The house will be used by a family of three. The main entrance to the building is situated at northwest side. Floor plan of the object is simple, the great design emphasis was on highlighting the south side of the building. This was accomplished by sliding the southern bearing elements above the wooden terrace and use large glazed surfaces. The view of this side of the builing has the S-shape. Interier is a combination of colored concrete and wood. Supporting structures are made of exposed monolithic reinforced concrete. Partitions are made of aerated concrete blocks. The staircase is made of wood. Theses includes parts of documentation and drawings, that are handled as detailed documentation in computer software AutoCAD.
Inspection of the implementation of reinforced concrete structures
Juráň, David ; Vymazal, Tomáš (referee) ; Cikrle, Petr (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the control of the implementation of reinforced concrete structures. The theoretical part deals with the issues of this theme. There are presented individual work processes of the implementation of reinforced concrete structures, accesses of valid standards, used diagnostic methods and also inspection and test plans for cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure. The practical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter applies with the most frequent defects in new reinforced concrete structures and two remaining chapters with the inspection of newly built structures for which arose misgivings about the quality of execution.
Pastvina guest house
Adamec, Jan ; Melounová, Martina (referee) ; Müller, Jan (advisor)
The aim of the final thesis is design of boarding house and horse stables. The boarding house has two floors, partial basement and exploited attic. The building is designed as rectangle and will serve as support area for guests´accommodation. The building has saddle roof. The main material of vertical and horizontal structures is cast-in-place concrete using formwok VELOX. The second building is horse stables. The building has two floors, partial basement and partial exploited attic for storing fodder. The L-shaped building will serve as stable for eleven horses, storage of fodder and garage for agricultural equipment. The building has saddle roof with truss girders. The main material of vertical and horizontal structures is cast-in-place concrete using formwok VELOX. These buildings are designed on slightly sloping terrain from east to west.
Family Farmhouse with Accommodation
Tejklová, Šárka ; Pilný, Ondřej (referee) ; Kalousek, Lubor (advisor)
At the almost flat plot in the foothills of the Orlické Mountains a family farmhouse with accommodation was designed. A specific part of the design documentation for construction implementation was prepared. The family farmhouse is operationally and dispositionally divided into 3 parts: family house, garage, and boarding house. The building comprises 3 dwelling units (five-bedroom flats with kitchenette, two two-bedroom flats with kitchenette), accommodation (6 rooms, 19 beds), a restaurant (48 indoor seats, 32 outdoor seats), shop (17,79 m2 sales area). The part of the building for public use is accessible. The foundations are made of a system of foundation strips made of plain concrete, external wall of floors is walled with clay blocks and insulated with external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS). The floor structures and staircase are made of reinforced cast-in-place concrete. The building is roofed with a sloping gable roof using ceramic roof tiles.
Apartment Building in Jablonné nad Orlicí
Tejklová, Šárka ; Pilný, Ondřej (referee) ; Kalousek, Lubor (advisor)
At the almost flat plot number 411/3, cadastre unit Jablonné nad Orlicí was designed a new apartment building with an service establishment. Local zoning plan of the village defines the plot as a buildable area. The building has one basement and three floors. There are 7 dwelling units and a hairdresser's in the building. The living area and the service establishment have separate entrances. The building is designed with wheelchair access. On the first floor there is an accessible two-bedroom flat with kitchenette and hairdresser's, on the second floor there are two two-bedroom flats with kitchenette and two studios apartment, on the third floor there are two three-bedroom flast with kitchenette. In the basement there is cellar boxes and technical facilities of the building. The foundations are made of a system of foundation strips made of plain concrete, external wall of floors is walled with clay blocks and insulated with external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS). Staircase and floor structures are made of reinforced cast-in-place concrete. The building is roofed with a non-walkable flat roof.
Design of prefabricated concrete hall
Cibičková, Viktória ; Chalivopulos, Paris (referee) ; Zich, Miloš (advisor)
The diploma thesis is focused on the design and assessment of a precast concrete hall. The first part of the work deals with the selection of a suitable layout solution from several proposed variants and a description of the technical solution of the object. After the load calculation, which corresponds to the nature of the building's use and climatic conditions, is followed by an assessment of selected elements of the structure, such as a typical purlin, girder, columns and foundation structures. The static assessment was determined through computational models and was accompanied by a manual simplified calculation check. The next part is devoted to creating a study of the structure's behavior. In the study, the design of several versions of the steel bracing system of the object was evaluated. The task was to choose the most suitable variant. Another goal of the study was the evaluation of the results of the global model from the nonlinear assessment through the software, as well as the evaluation of the results of the deformation caused by entering flexible supports into the computer software. In the last part, the proposed structure is demonstrated through assembly drawings, drawings of the shape and reinforcement of selected elements, drawings of assembly details, bearings and forgings. Visualizations of the object are part of the drawing documentation.
Design of concrete structure of the Letná hotel in Prague
Koníček, Jakub ; Nováček, Jan (referee) ; Zich, Miloš (advisor)
The presented master thesis contains the design of selected elements of the supporting structure of the Letná congress hotel. The thesis deals with the design of a six-storey hotel cantilever over 20 m long, which rises over the entrance portals of the Blanka tunnel complex. Moreover, the specificity of the whole project is the necessity to carry out the entire construction of the mentioned part without touching the ground. The described problem was solved primarily using two double to 3 m high prestressed concrete beams. One pair of beams is designed above the roof plane and the other below the plane of the first floor in the cantilever. The tensile forces induced in the vertical supports are transferred by the prestressed columns and with the help of the walls. Construction without ground contact is carried out using suspension on temporary hangers. In the present thesis work, the main beam of the cantilever H1, D1, reinforced concrete slabs of given levels forming the T-section flange of the main beams, the spread walls, the transverse walls under the transversal frames with the main beams and the respective columns have been designed. SCIA Engeneer 22.0, Idea StatiCa Beam 22.0, Idea StatiCa Detail 22.0, PTC MathCad Prime 8, and MS Office 360 Excel 2022 were used to solve this complex construction stage-dependent problem.
