The Art/The Crime The Crime/The Art

The main title of the doctoral thesis - ART/CRIME - CRIME/ART - point to a general investigation of these two phenomenons. This investigation makes up the background of the main theme of the thesis, which is an actual event of the mysterious death of the painter and shepherd K.. At work I spend time with alternative investigations of this death and the goal is an attempt to reconstruct the events and effort of discovering the answers what happened that night and whether or not a killer really existed or not.

Slithy, a blend of lithe and slimy

For my work Slithy, a Blend of Lithe and Slimy, a thought that consciousness appears even on the lowest levels of existence is essencial, I create an enviroment of a lab, in which spectator is in the role of another organism, surrounded by other organisms. I'm interested in relationship between microcosmos and macrocosmos and in seeing the same pattern through reality.

The installation consists of soap stained glass, drawings, objects and individual fragments. The project works with the idea that things around us are conscious and can feel emotions, just like us. It focuses on relating to the body and turning the perspective from the outside in. By combining scientific imagery with a spiritual plane, the work aims to return a positive relationship or sensitization towards matter, the body.

Aim: To attract attention by simple game for children's science, which can cause both aesthetic and get them thinking. Benefits, knowledge: based on personal experience, I realized how helpful for a foster home profession of educators is. This work examines the relationship between man and the cosmos, and deals with topics cosmos and cosmology in terms of philosophical and scientific, but also seeks connection with religion and mythology. The aim is to interpret and define the concepts of the cosmos and cosmology, and find these contents in visual culture and fine art.
