Use of D.I.E. Methods as the Prevention of Risky Behaviour in the Classroom

My diploma thesis is about prevention of the most risky behaviour on primary school which is bullying. Prevention is presented through the methods and strategie sof drama education. In the theoretical section acquaints readers with important informations of bullying and substance of drama in education, which are the basis for a comprehensive understanding of this issue. The theoretical part is also the basis for creating bullying prevention project using the methods and strategies of drama education, presented and reflected in the practical part. The practical part is also the result of a questionnaire, which is focused on opinion surveys of teachers of primary schools to prevent bullying and the use of methods and techniques of drama in this issue. The Art therapy's methods use at work with handicapped children

The thesis deals with using art therapy's methods and technique by multi-handicapped children. The first chapter characterizes multi-handicap, defines various disorders and their influence on the personality of a child. The second chapter introduces the therapy options which can be applied to multi-handicapped children, with a strong accent on artetherapy. In the third chapter there are various artetherapic methods and techniques which can be applied to multi-handicapped children. The fourth chapter shows creative expressions of children with the main accent on drawing, painting and modeling. The practical part describes civil associations where the research has been carried out, and presents the results of the research by means of five case studies. The use of Methods in Drama Education at Nursery School

This Bachelor thesis on the theme "Use of methods of drama in education in kindergartens" analyses what methods of drama in education are used in kindergartens. Its aim is to determine whether these methods are interesting and stimulating for children. The thesis is divided into the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part explains the concept of drama in education and describes the development of drama in education in the world and in the Czech Republic. It also focuses on its goals, objectives, methods, and techniques. It mentions the teacher's personality, principles of influencing children, and the benefit of drama in education, especially in the area of stimulating. The practical part presents the results of the qualitative survey conducted by observing, to which attitude scales are added. The set for the research consists of preschool-age children; observation and attitude scales took place in the premises of kindergartens.
Social Work in Hospital - Used Methods and Techniques

The thesis deals with the issue of social work in a hospital. Social work in health care is a sphere where health care is combined with social care and is an inseparable part of therapeutic and nursing process. The aim was to map the methods and techniques of social work used in the České Budějovice Hospital. Three research questions were set: 1. What methods and techniques does a social worker apply to work with a patient? 2. What social help is most frequently used by patients in hospital? 3. Are patients informed on social care possibilities after discharge from hospital? Quantitative research, questioning method, the technique of semi structured interview was performed to reach the goals of the thesis. The research was conducted from March to June 2012. The practical research was performed in direct cooperation with social workers from the České Budějovice Hospital and with clients that had been discharged to home environment after being hospitalized in the České Budějovice Hospital and used social services after discharge. The research has shown that social workers apply the most suitable methods to the social work process and use the most modern procedures in solving unfavourable social situation, including the approach to a client. Clients have the possibility to get in touch with a social worker in hospital and to use her assistance in mitigation or elimination of negative social impacts of illness.
