Valuation of Plzeňský Prazdroj, a.s.

This master thesis is concerned with the estimation of the market value of equity of Plzeňský Prazdroj, a.s. as at 30 September 2016. The market approach has been selected as the primary valuation approach with the largest impact on the value estimation; specifically the guideline public company method and the comparable transactions method are employed. The income approach based on the DCF Entity method verifies the value conclusion derived from the market approach. The going concern premise is supported by thorough analyses concerning the relevant market; market position of the valued company in relation to its competitors; and its financial health. The thesis concludes a clearly defined and justifiable range of value.
Business Valuation of the Company SAZKA a.s.

The aim of the master thesis is to assess market value of equity of SAZKA a.s. company as at January 1, 2015. There are used three various methods for the valuation because each of them stresses different aspects of valuation theory. There is used DCF equity method, comparable company analysis and liquidation value method. The thesis is divided into six parts. The first two parts summarize general information about valuation concept and company SAZKA a.s. Then follows a strategic analysis, a financial analysis, a prognosis of main economic measures and a financial plan. In the last chapter is carried out the valuation of equity of SAZKA a.s. company.

This diploma thesis is focused on determination of a subjective value of the CEZ GROUP holding at December 31th 2012. The holding is well known especially be-cause of generating, distribution and selling electric energy in the six European states. This thesis includes a strategic analysis, a financial analysis, an analysis of value drivers, a design of a financial plan and an application of all three pricing approaches -- the asset approach, the market approach and the income approach. Specifically there were used methods as the book value method, the comparable company analysis and the DCF entity method. All results were compared both together and with the real value which had been accepted by markets on the spe-cific date.
Valuation of the company Pegas Nonwovens SA

The aim of this thesis is the valuation of the company Pegas Nonwovens SA and estimates a fair market value of the share price. The thesis was split into two parts. The theoretical part describes all methods and fundamentals used in the practical part. The practical part starts with a strategic and a financial analysis that evaluate the current situation of the company and identifies main drivers of the equity value. Introduction of key value drivers provides a baseline for the financial plan and the CF projection and it is followed by the final valuation with discounted cash flow model using FCFF. In addition, comparable companies multiples are used as a supplementary valuation method and in the end the thesis also provides an investment recommendation.
Valuation of the company Fatra Napajedla a.s.

The goal of this diploma thesis is determination of the value of the company Fatra a.s. to the date 30. 4. 2015. First, the strategic analysis was performed, after that financial analysis and SWOT analysis were done. On the base of the previous parts, generators of the value were described. The generators were used to create the financial plan for the period 2014 - 2018. Valuation methods calculated in the thesis are DCF in FCFF form, DCF in EVA form and method of comparable companies. At the end of the thesis, there is a discussion about the most appropriate valuation method for this particular case.
Valuation of the company LINAPLAST s.r.o. through different approaches for the purposes of decision-making concerning sales

The object of the thesis is to determine the market value of the firm for the purpose of the future sale. At first, the strategic analysis is performed, which assesses business and competitive environment of the company, and on which basis the future sales are estimated. The financial analysis examines financial health and stability of the company. The obtained information from both analysis are a starting point for the preparation of the financial plan. In the final part of this thesis the resulting valuation of the company is the calculated together with reasons on which the calculations are based.

The aim of my thesis is to estimate market value of the company Cestovni kancelar Fischer, a.s. as of 31st December, 2012. The thesis is divided into five main chapters. It starts with an overview which is followed by the strategic analysis. At the end of this chapter, the sales are predited for the second phase of the valuation. In the next part, the financial analysis have been performed to confirm the financial health of the company. In the third part generators of value have been analysed and predicted. On the basis of the generators of value the complete financial plan has been set up. In the last chapter, the company value was appraised using DCF APV and market comparison methods.

The aim of my thesis is to estimate market value of the company PRAGOPROJEKT, a.s. on the date 1st January, 2010. The work is divided in 5 main parts. The first part begins with an overview of basic information about the company. After that strategic analysis and financial analysis have been done. Strategic analysis defines relevant market and gives the company forecast of the sales. Financial analysis verifies the financial health of companies valued and reveals their financial risks alternatively. In the third part generators of value have been analysed and predicted. On the basis of the generators of value the complete financial plan has been set up. Finally, the DCF valuation methods Equity and the market comparison have been implemented.

This master's thesis deals with the valuation of BEZNOSKA, s.r.o. Situated in Kladno, the Czech Republic, this company engages in the development and production of instruments and implants for bone surgery. The company was established on the basis of the "surgery" division of then POLDI Kladno at the beginning of the nineties, during the "big privatisation" period. The aim of this thesis is to estimate the market value and investment value of the company as of 31 December 2009 as defined in the International Valuation Standards. The valuation is carried out using two basic methods. The focus of the work is based on the DCF method the result of which is verified by a method based on the market analysis, in particular the similar public company method. The book value method is only complementary. The thesis is divided into six chapters. Sequenced logically, it contains the basic information on the company valued, financial analysis, strategic analysis, analysis and forecast of the value drivers, financial plan and the valuation itself based on the method mentioned above. These topical units are further divided into several subchapters as necessary. Various analyses and statistical methods needed to successfully meet the set objective are applied throughout the text.
