Diplomová práce si klade za cíl stanovit hodnotu firmy Fatra a.s. k 30. 4. 2015. K dosažení zmiňovaného cíle byla nejprve provedena strategická analýza, na kterou navazuje finanční analýza a SWOT analýza. Na základě předchozích částí byly popsány generátory hodnoty sloužící jako zdroj informací pro stanovení finančního plánu na období 2014 až 2018. Pro samotné stanovení hodnoty společnosti se v práci využívá metody DCF ve variantě FCFF, metody DCF ve variantě EVA a metody srovnatelných podniků. V závěru práce je provedena diskuze nad vhodností použití jednotlivých metod pro tento konkrétní případ. The goal of this diploma thesis is determination of the value of the company Fatra a.s. to the date 30. 4. 2015. First, the strategic analysis was performed, after that financial analysis and SWOT analysis were done. On the base of the previous parts, generators of the value were described. The generators were used to create the financial plan for the period 2014 - 2018. Valuation methods calculated in the thesis are DCF in FCFF form, DCF in EVA form and method of comparable companies. At the end of the thesis, there is a discussion about the most appropriate valuation method for this particular case.
