Cílem diplomové práce je zjištění tržní hodnoty podniku METROPROJEKT Praha a.s. k datu 31.12.2009. K této hodnotě jsem dospěla pomocí metody DCF Equity podpořenou metodou srovnatelných podniků. Těmto částem předcházelo základní seznámení s podnikem. Poté byla provedena strategická analýza, ve které je vymezen relevantní trh a objasněny faktory, které působí na vnější a vnitřní potenciál podniku. Jejím vyústěním byla prognóza budoucích tržeb. Následuje kapitola o finanční analýze mapující finanční zdraví podniku. Před samotným oceněním byla taktéž provedena analýza a prognóza generátorů hodnoty a sestaven finanční plán. The aim of this thesis is to estimate market value of the company METROPROJEKT Praha a.s. as of December 31, 2010. To determine the value I used the DCF Equity method and the market comparison. These parts were preceded by a basic company introduction. The rest of the thesis contains the following parts - strategic analysis, financial analysis, generators of value and financial plan.
