Bitman, Martin ; Hájková, Vanda (advisor) ; Zemková, Jaroslava (referee)
TITLE: The stimulation of a person with physical and combined handicap: methods of use of Reflex locomotion AUTHOR: Bc. Martin Bitman DEPARTMENT: Katedra speciální pedagogiky SUPERVISOR: doc. PaedDr. Vanda Hájková, Ph.D. ABSTRACT: This thesis deals with the method of reflex locomotion and its impact on people with disability. The theoretical part describes the introduction to methods of reflex locomotion - its definition, history, indication, the course of therapy, developmental ontogeny, the therapeutic system, justifies the reasons for the failure of therapy. The practical part is focused on the use of methods of reflex locomotion to people with disability. It includes research and impact assessment methods reflex locomotion on selected components of special education children early and preschool age, and shows the results of research on the awareness, adoption and use of methods at home. The main objective is to determine whether the method of reflex locomotion effects on selected special education methods - fine and gross motor skills, graphomotor and drawings. KEYWORDS: method of reflex locomotion, people with disability, special educational diagnostics
Vojta's therapy and its effectiveness in treatment of children from birth to adolescence from the perspective of a special educator
Štěpánová, Anna ; Zulić, Marija (advisor) ; Volemanová, Marja Annemiek (referee)
The bachelor's thesis deals with Vojta's method, the reflex locomotion method, and its effectiveness in treatment children from birth to adolescence from the perspective of a special educator. Specifically it's not specified for a particular disability but observes the application of the reflex locomotion method for all kinds of disabilities. The theoretical part describes the introduction to Vojta's method - its history, definition, indication, course of therapy, therapeutic system, developmental ontogenesis. The practical part focuses exclusively on the effectiveness and success of reflex locomotion treatment in already announced age group of children. The main goal of qualitative research which is carried out by the method of questioning is to find out whether in the end the application of Vojta's method was effective and successful or not. The total number of respondent is 15 and they are both those who went through the method themselves and people who trained with individuals. KEYWORDS Vojta's therapy, the reflex locomotion method, reflexology, child evolution, disability

Jana Hvězdová Pages: 82 Inserts: 21 Year of presentation: 2013 Keywords: Vojta method, reflexology, infant, developmental kinesiology, central coordination disorder, locomotion, motor skills of the child The thesis deals with central coordination disorder in infancy and its treatment Vojta. The work is dividend into theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the central coordination disturbance, psychomotor development in the first In the life of each trimester for a healthy child, diagnosis, marginally devoted to reflexology and positional tests. I pay attention Vojta method - the principle tripping zones, crawling reflex, reflex station. I mention neurological examination infants. I highlight the effect of the predilection of the head, colic in infants and hypertonicky to affect postural further development. The practical part deals with monitoring the development of two infants with central coordination disorder and applications Vojta method for these children.
Stimulation of a person with physical and combined handicap: methods of use of Reflex locomotion
Bitman, Martin ; Hájková, Vanda (advisor) ; Zemková, Jaroslava (referee)
The thesis discusses the method of reflex locomotion and its impact on persons with disabilities. The theoretical part describes the method of introduction to the topic of reflex locomotion - diagnostics that precedes it, its definition, indicate the course of therapy, developmental ontogeny, therapeutic system, justifies the possible causes of failure of therapy. It also shows the personality of Vaclav Vojta and the history of its concept. The practical part is focused on the perception of reflex locomotion methods by clients.
