The aim of this thesis is the proposal of amplification of marketing activities of the company. This work consist of the theoretical, analytical and practical parts. On the basis of findings of analysis are formulated particular proposals of amplifications of marketing activities in practical section. This proposals should give support to the company marketing strategy and help to achieve company aims.

The master‘s thesis deals with marketing auditing of company Tungaloy Rus with a special focus on its employees’ satisfaction. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the meaning and importance of marketing audit, as well as the concept of employees’ satisfaction and modern approaches to its measurement. The analytical part of the thesis focuses on performing the marketing audit of company Tungaloy Rus and surveying the satisfaction of its employees. The proposal part of the thesis aims to making a set of recommendations based on the results of the marketing audit and the satisfaction research, which leads to improving the company's marketing activities.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the importance and use of marketing activities in a selected company - travel agency Canaria Travel. The work is divided into two parts. The aim of the theoretical part, based on studied literature, is to characterize the concept and basic terminology of marketing and marketing activities from various authors' perspectives. The practical part is devoted to the characteristics of the selected company and to the implemented marketing activities from the perspective of the marketing manager. The conclusion evaluates the current situation of the company and suggests possible solutions for a change.

Principles of formation of the marketing mix in selected commercial company

The thesis deals with the principles of making marketing mix and the goal is to design process of making marketing mix in selected company by using the principles of marketing activities. The selected company is engaged in the sale, rental, bazaar and service of ski equipment. The first part is about the realization of the analysis of the marketing mix and the results explain why it would be reasonable to create a marketing mix for the summer season. The next part is designed to process the creation of the marketing mix, which clarifies the possibilities of the company, the competitive environment, but also the needs, desires and demands of the customer.
